Overall I’d have no problem recommending these. They seem well made and the fit is as good as I’ve seen from aftermarket lights. I’ve never had an aftermarket tail light or headlight that fit as perfectly as OEM, but the gap is minimal.
Only reason I changed these is because one of the Spyders I’ve had on it since 2011 got busted mysteriously. My son will be driving this truck soon and he picked out and installed them himself.
I’ve never messed with the third brake light on any of my trucks. It’s never really been on the radar.
They have a pretty cool startup animation the old ones didn’t have.

As promised, a picture of my solution. On a side note, if anyone has a speedo bezel for sale I'm looking to replace my cracked one but can't afford the ebay prices.

Try this. Put it on the backside. It holds really good. The liquid that comes with it is the strongest superglue I have ever used

There is also another product called Plast-Aid that I’ve used in the past. It’s very popular with plumbers and car resto guys. I always have both on hand.

This week's truck work wasn't the fun kind. I had the dreaded secondary air injection pump failure. Fixed now and running like a new truck. Worth the expense since it only has 75k on the clock and has a lot of life ahead of it, plus I found a great shop with the help of some Houston Tundra owners, so that's a good silver lining.

Haven’t done the work yet but super excited for this memorial weekend, plenty of time to put parts in. Finally ordered a front bumper from Hooke Road, I know they ain’t the best but I was really looking for a sleek design that wasn’t baja style. So we’ll see how that holds up. Ordered some amber fog lights and switch from ch4x4. Lastly if I can get it done I’ll also be getting some new tires, lookin at 295/70R18 Cooper Discoverer AT3’s cause I’m tired of these mud terrains on roads. Unfortunately I don’t get off road as frequently as I’d like. I’ll attach some photos once it is all done!
also I’ll take any recommendations on rock sliders to get rid of these bulky stock steps!

Aftermarket rims, added fogs, new headlights, led brake light housings, cargo cover, nerf bars, bilstein shocks and coil overs, k&n drop-in filters, yellow sumo springs, Icon RXT leaf springs, after market 1” shackles, forged upper control arms, 3” spacer lift soon
Added some new socks and shoes! Got radar renegade r/t 33x11.5x20 on 20x10 Mickey Thompson rims I got off Facebook market from a great dude. Clears perfectly with the spacer lift up front and the icon leafs and shackles in back. Feeling pretty spiffy right now!

Got my truck inspected with these on today. The shop let them go but said they didn’t have the DOT listed on them anywhere.

Sealed off my low profile "snorkle" so that I don't suck up any dust either within the wheel well or the engine bay.

Used some flex seal paste. Not the cleanest job, but I'm all about function, not looks.

Kinda random and useless update to my Tundra, but I appreciate it. Replaced my silver engine cover with a black engine cover...

Not directly Tundra related, but I was notified Wednesday evening that I was selected for promotion to Master Sergeant (E-7 in the Air Force). Pay increase is around $600/month so it's gonna open up a lot of opportunities for mods in the near future!

I actually used crazy glue and just laid one drop on one side of one louver end that sticks into the housing. Then kept moving the louvers until the glue was dry. Can’t see it at all. Been steady now for a few years without issue. Hope it helps :hattip:

Got the bumper on! Fitment was really good. Took more effort than I’d like cause I did by myself and this thing was heavy but I’m really happy with how it came out! I have to push in the passenger side a lil more but that’s for another day. Swapped the two lights In the center with ambers and moved my light bar from behind the grill to the bumper. That’ll be enough light for now lol I did tuck those fog light wires out the way

Sat in the garage all week so I took it out for a spin to grab some lunch, and since I was right next to my tire shop I also had them check/refill the tires since it's free.

Nothing spectacular but I did get a set of OEM style front headlights to replace my yellowed/water filled headlights on my 2007 CM. Got em from 1A AUTO. Easy to install and they look nice, at least for the time being.

None yet but the list is growing
So my son's girlfriends dad just had his Tundra lifted and gave me these. They have about 400 miles on them. I have old steelies on mine right now. So it will be a nice upgrade. Hell still had 3 of 4 peel here stickers on the rims. I looked up the wheel and tire guide here on the site and these should fit with no mods. They are 275/65/18s and I currently have 255/70/18s. Only thing I have to do is get the valve stems in them and balanced and hopefully air them up and make the switch.

Fit is not an issue. Just be aware that you won't be able to use the lug nuts from your steel wheels. So, if the new wheels you got didn't come w/the OE aluminum wheel lugs, just plan on picking up a set
