Yep. I have one for my tractor. No way I'm going to use one on my truck with factory bumpers.

Got the lights working, too much paint at ground site, didn't have a good connection. Scraped off the paint and now I've got bright lights in the back.

100% a good plug in that and it will likely last the rest of its tread life.

It was this weekend, but added some Tyger running boards. Very simple install and liking the easy up into the seat a lot.

I should know anyone on Tundras.com would do the right thing! I have the same running boards. On the reviews on Amazon there are a couple people who posted pictures of install that had them on the wrong sides!

lol, that’s pretty bad. The brackets are even stamped with passenger/driver side and it is pretty clear you want the logo facing out.. common sense not so common I guess

I bent mine like the first couple of months having them. You can barely notice but they are great side steps I’ve really liked them.

I do have a plug kit, but I thought that sidewall plugs were no bueno. I know that most shops won't do them for liability reasons. More thoughts on this please.

Put one in my a couple years ago and still holding. I don't drive a lot of miles though.

The issue is that it might leak, not that it will explode or something. There is less material in the sidewall for a plug to stick to, and much more flexing, so more chance for it to open up over time. Best to also use an internal patch. I've been told that in poorer countries where they can't afford to throw stuff away, they have special kits just for this, but they are hard to find here.

Installed 12volt solutions remote start, key fob version. Painless, plug and play. Took maybe 15 mins to install and program. Took advantage of their Black Friday deal

Replaced my old Wal-Mart A/T tires with Continental TerrainContact H/T (highway) tires in 275/70/R18. I chose them because they’re good in snow and quiet. In a short test, mileage went from 11.2 to 12.5 mpg, so still terrible. Noise at 45mpg went from 60db to 58db, so a little quieter.

Finally add dual blow holes to the Magnaflow. I’d like them to sit a little higher and snug to the panels but the front of the leaf makes the route a little tougher. Looks good sounds good. I’ve always loved the old Lightning exhaust. This is the closest I could get without a bunch of crazy bends.
Oh yeah, and she’s got a new transmission. Always thought I could use another car payment.

Relocated the RSCA OFF switch. Functions properly. Used a length of Ethernet cable, soldered and used glue lined heat shrink on all connections. Very happy with it now.
Spaces left of the steering column will all be lights, using one space under the climate control to mount my air compressor switch.

I have a tonneau cover so the inside of my bed is pitch black at night and I do a lot of hunting so lots of early mornings. Saw a tip from another thread to get a battery powered light bar. I got this 6 inch GE light bar for $5.50 and it uses 4 AA batteries. I have some Velcro tape so I just added that to the back and it sticks right on to my Bed Rug. Much better!
