Did you compare old and new part numbers?

Mine is very touchy, but I have 78110-0C012 which is supposedly what comes in the 04000-0440C box

Put on the shred graphics. Took twice as long as I thought. Took 2 hours per side. I’m satisfied with my install. It could’ve been a little better. Overall I’m super excited and think it will make the family actually want to drive it more because it’s so dang cool! :headbang:

What's that lip on the top of the tailgate? Mine is all banged up but I haven't found one that fits.

That’s exactly what I used it for. I have a dent in the middle top and used this to cover it up but you can still kinda see it sunk in at the dent butI think overall I like it more than just the dent there

The pedal itself has a different number. You will need to order the org number thru sparks. I just did this a couple of weeks ago. You should recieve the $145 part instead of the $30

The part I have is 78110-0C012, supposedly the one that comes in the $30 box, if I search my part # I get the $145 results. I'm guessing my pedal sensitivity is in the software.

Toyodiy shows I should have the part # I have.

I installed a flush mount camera to my bumper and ran it to my Dasaita radio. Using the FCam app to view it when in parking lots to make sure someone hasn’t walked in front of me. With 12” lift I worry about that.

It’s right above my light bar and almost looks like the parking sensors.

Not so much what I did to the truck, but what it decided to do on its' own.
Got in this morning, heard a little "crinkling" sound, looked around and all of a sudden "BLAM" the passenger window shattered.
Weird. Not sure if it was the heat or fatigue or what. Front windshield has a sunscreen cover behind it. Maybe it was the heat.
The bottom picture shows where the trouble started. Almost looks like someone shot it, but I don't think so.

Installed a Start-X remote starter, but am unable to get the receiver to program. Have an email in to the manf. Hopefully they will contact me tomorrow. The actual install was quite easy. The directions were pretty good, but the video was much better. I’m hoping it’s an easy fix.

I just took my battery out and cleaned up the surface under the battery tray. There was a little rust, so I wire brushed it and hit it will some black primer. I’ve heard those TRD hold downs add an extra 20HP and 5 more MPG:bananadance:

It doesn’t look like a BB did it. Not sure if you’ve ever seen those devices that break glass if your car ever goes under water. It’s usually combined with a seat belt cutter. I saw a demo of one and that’s what it looked like. The only difference was the glass shattered and fell out. Your wife doesn’t tap on the window with her diamond ring in that area when you drive does she? I know it sounds odd, but it’s happened before. I’ve also seen glass shatter from using the wrong type of tint.

20 some years ago my neighbor was driving down the highway with no other traffic in either direction. Suddenly his side window shattered and crumbled in his lap. He said there was no impact that he heard. Has been a puzzler for years.

Got it going, had a loose connection. Nice plug and play set up. Iinstall took about 20 minutes. Figured I’d order it since Amazon only had 2 left and the Start-X website said they were unavailable and weren’t shipping anymore right now. I’m guessing because of the chip shortage.

Changed my oil, removed an exhaust heat shield that was rattling, swapped out the original spare for one that matches, and installed my ABS sensor extension on my rear axle (needed for the TRD pro suspension).

I went ahead and ordered the old pedal part from Sparks ($30 with tundras.com discount).
And got the $140 one in the box.

Yeah, I think it was just heat and old age. Who knows. I got lazy and took it in to be replaced - $342.98. We're headed to Colorado soon and didn't want to risk ordering, waiting and then trying to install it without breaking it.

Spent Friday afternoon detailing the slurp after 2 weekends at Road America. I also chased around some rock chips with a paint pen to prevent rust. Lastly, installed my Go Rhino RB20 running boards. Unfortunately, the running boards arrived in pretty rough shape. Worn powder coat, broken welds and cracked metal. For $600, these things don't seem too rugged. The fitment seems off with them too, they don't sit flat (and yes, the brackets are in the correct positions). I bought them off of Real Truck, so hopefully they send me some new ones. I'd be willing to bet that these things will need a lot of love every spring after our long winters in MN, the steel and powder coat feels pretty cheap. Overall, I'm not thrilled with them, but they do look nice and function well so I will give them a chance.

Edit: Real Truck is sending a new set of boards. The customer service was pretty good. Had a make a few calls, but everything was handled smoothly!
