Last of my #covid19projects came in. YotaShop diff breather relocation kit.

I'm pretty sure my OEM breather was non functional. Cleaned off all the rubber undercoating. Attempted to blow thru it and no air flow.

I have never had a manufacturere/factory powder coat job last very long. They just don't prep anything correctly. These NFAB Pro steps were actually chipped right out of the box, no damage to the box.
This is what they look like now after my local guy preps them correctly:

Yes that's what I have heard. I'm going to go by one of our local shops next week to see what they say.

I have hated my front weathertech's since the day I bought them, 3 years ago. Huskys were 25% off, so pulled the trigger.

Got the tie rod installed that I found worn out the other day while replacing a broken wheel stud. What a difference that made, drives like a new one again :)20200527_151814.jpg

Painted it. Big shoutout to Ryan Keahey at Professional Paint and Body In Alabaster, Al!
Prepped then painted in a Subaru color that was too light so used a honda color

Towed for the first time with my tundra. A dump trailer with 2 yards of river rock. Not a lot of weight but towed very nice.

Used it to drag the camper around for the cleaning of its life. I used a bleach, dish soap hot water compound and toothbrushed every seal on the trailer. Polished bumper. Painted the frame, steps and jacks. I also painted all the yellowed plastic matte white. Finished by waxing it. I’ve never seen this trailer so white, it’s a 2009. We posted the camper up for sale tonight. Getting ready to possibly move and wanting to make life easier.
