Shit...hope that isn’t the case. I had an alignment done two years ago when I added the lift, but not since then. If LCA bolts are seized, can you just replace the bolts and not the whole LCA?

    Thanks :hattip:

I have the old style TRD PRO wheels and the lift is just a level using Falcon shocks.

I just went through this with my truck the cam bolt was siezed in the lca bushing. It was cheaper to replace the whole arm instead of just the cam bolt and bushing.

Added chrome bug shield , got windows tinted few days ago. Now how do I lower the rear to level it?

That’s nuts that to think that a whole piece of metal costs more than a large bolt.

You need more than a large bolt, that's only part of it. The issue is the cams sieze up in the lca bushing so it has to be cut out the dealer quoted me 1300 to cut out and put new bushings and cam pins in both sides or 1270 for all new lca with new bushing and new ball joints and cam pins.

Really hope I don’t wind up having this same issue. Mine was aligned two years ago, so at least the cam bolt’s been “touched” somewhat recently.

I was pleasantly surprised that I had not a single cm of lean. On my Tacoma I had a 1/4 inch spacer and still had some.

Picking up my truck today. They replaced the inner portion of the tie rods and it aligned. I’ll be interested to see what the alignment figures come out to, hopefully they at least were able to match the numbers I got when I lifted it. UCA’s will likely still be in the plans for it later on in the year though.

Found a good deal on a BakFlip mx4 tri fold bed cover. The listing says it came off a CrewMax model year 15-20. Will that fit on my 2011 CrewMax or is the third gen bed different from the second gen?

Got a “grab and go” first aid kit made up housed in a Milwaukee organizer and put under the back seat. Contents are a Basic first aid kit (bandaids, gauze, cold pack etc), a bleed kit (TQ, Israeli Dressing, thick gauze pad, 2 packets of clot powder and trauma sheers), and an adult & child CPR mask. 3 additional storage bins fit and there is more room in the main compartment. I will be filling one bin with gloves, one bin with additional gauze and med tape, and undecided on the last bin. Thinking it will be a “mini pharmacy”. All the major pain meds, Benadryl, Tums, Imodium, etc. Will also be adding an additional flashlight, an ACE wrap, and a SAM splint. I keep 2 reflective vests right next to the kit as well. First rule as a first responder is keep yourself safe. In a major incident at night, vest is the first thing on, grab the kit and haul ass. Any other suggestions of stuff I should add?

@kparrow I have a similar Dewalt case in my back of my crewmax but mines is loaded with "oh crap" spare tools along with a jumper pack and a few tow straps. Oddly enough, never used on my truck. Its for all the people who call me to save them.

Same here. It was all in the cab but has been moved to one of my Decked drawers. Nice to have more room inside my back seat area now :)

It’s the Wavian heavy duty holder. Yes, I drilled two holes for river nuts and 10-24 screws. There is a side bracket that locks into the deck rail.

I ordered T nuts through Amazon, and then picked up the hardware from Ace. I used 1” square steel to make a spacer so the topper lip didn’t interfere with the can lid. I mounted the can to the square tubing, with about 1.5” sticking out past the can on each end, then drilled that and ran my bolts through the tubing and into the T nuts.

Doing some bumper/slider prep for liner this week. So far, I gave it my famous $5 truck wash then I’ve removed mud flaps, various bumper attachments including the skid plate. Next I’ll remove the lights/lighting panels and the rubber bump stops on the front bumper. Then is grind life and por-15. Hoping to spray the black components with Raptor liner this weekend guys!!
