Finally finished building my sliders late last night. Not jumping in and out the truck is so amazing. I can’t believe I drove it so long without anything. Glad glad glad!

Oh, damn. Is that the new Apex winch? Costs more than the bumper! I'd like to see how the bumper fares after some pulls.

I pulled my shim and ended up satisfied with the results. Does your new pedal seem any less "responsive" or just no jerkyness off the line/ 1st to 2nd gear shift?

Keep us posted on how that winch does. Looks VERY promising compared to the Smittybuilt

Threw this together for a last minute Colorado elk hunt, because I didn't want to take my 20' trailer. It worked amazing.2x12 runners, with bed extender to help keep weight off the tailgate. I drilled holes in the middle ramp to run bolts threw with a Carter pin to hold ramps in storage, and while loading.

It's easy to install with good cable management compared to an Engo winch I still have and yet to get to work

I meant to say wiring management and not cable. I need to pull some smaller sago palms out of the ground. Hopefully this will be the right tool for the job

I'm hoping to get basic use out of it instead of it turning into an expensive hood ornament.

I wonder how many folks with Tundras use their winches on a regular basis?

Well. I'll know by the end of the week if it's totalled or not. 240k miles and it was running like a top. Lady ran a red light and I put her drivers side tire 1/3 of the way into her transmission. Thankfully I was the only one in my truck and nobody was hurt. On to the next Tundra

I had a set of factory sr5 wheels leftover from my first Tundra. My rock warrior wheels and Kenwood DVD head unit and headrest monitors are tucked away in the garage just waiting on the word from insurance. This time I don't want to settle for the double cab. I want a crewmax limited or rock warrior. We just bought a new house less than 2 weeks ago. With plenty of garage space. Now a new truck is looking likely.
