My rear bumper doesn't feel like it's plays a vital role in ride dampening, seems like a heavy payload softens the ride more.

I'm looking to get a more plush ride with shackles and some rake back in the rear.

Yes i have the rear TRD sway bays, the truck did bounce a lot initially

Maybe not dampening but it should be helping everything not feel so stiff back there. Id add shackles to get the rake vs most other options out there unless its pretty specific to tundra. They wont affect or make the ride any better though. The only way to do that will be shocks and how well they handle the bumps and soak it up.

I just pulled our TT yesterday for the first time with the new springs and it was amazing! Really didn't ride much different than before except it had a little rake to it still and there was absolutely no bouncing rebound after a bump. everything just soaked it up! Super pleased so far, Well see how long they last

I pulled out my lower steering shaft to oil bathe the u joint as it was binding hard and causing drivability issues. An hour in spare trans oil and good as new (for now). I’m sure this only has a short life expectancy, but at least while I wait for my replacement I have perfect drivability back again.

Got pulled on the freeway for doing 86 in 65 zone. He was hiding off to the side under a overpass and got me on radar. He said he heard me accelerating hard....damn straight! I bet that Corsa sounded awesome. Lol. My bad...complied with everything and he wrote me up for 80. He could have got me for a cracked windshield and no front plate too but he was cool about it. Traffic school next.

I drove my dad to AZ for a few days to visit with his brother, both recent cancer survivors. His first long trip in my Tundra....and he loved it (of course). We then took it off the grid to 5 acres of property I have out there. Even with a nonfunctional front diff, my truck handled it all with ease.
    Love my Tundra!

Last Thursday I finally got my wheels I've been looking at getting put on for like 7 months. Think they look pretty good. Now to save for some exhaust! 20190523_205844.jpg

Just a drain and fill. Old fluid still looked fine but I’m not sure what interval the previous owner changed it. I will say, it was a little low when I refilled the amount I drained; so had to make sure and correct that.
