Anyone on the fence about the Sequoia LED lights for their 2nd gen Tundra, just do it, charge the CC and explain to the missus later, eat ass if you have to. It's worth it.

Not really for the Tundra, but being dragged to the mall sometimes has its advantages. Picked this up relatively cheap 20190114_102307.jpg

Replaced brakes with Stoptech Cryo Slotted Rotors in front, Centric Premium rotors in the rear, Hawk LTS pads all around, power bled the system, got all the surface corrosion and rust off my front calipers and painted them black, readjusted the parking brake, oil/filter change, and rotated the tires. Next up is spark plugs as soon as they come in the mail.

I'm going to buy a set of OEM's right now. Off a guy 4 hours away from me. No level adjustment but I can easily swap the lense or possibly swap the level adjustment motor. Either way $160 shipped with new bulbs is a great deal for brand new Toyota lights. Until these fancy bad@$$ Sequoia lights come way way down in price I'll have clean lights.

After waiting patiently for 3 months I finally received and installed my RXT bypasses. I installed the leafs and bumps 3 months ago and there was a huge ride improvement over the expansion pack.

I got lucky. OEM Brand New with bulbs and shipped to my door by Wednesday for $165. It was gonna be $160 but I paid the fees on pay pal for his troubles. No way you can beat that price for OEM. Most used sets go for $100 .

Oh that $3-400 price was for the Sequoia headlights. I saw a few go for $260 as well, got a broken tab or so, but 2 is all you need for a solid mount.

Yeah that's a good idea. Eventually I'll have me a set but it'll be a while. I'm good with a BHLM and maybe a retrofit for now.

Window cables came in today so, I got that fixed.

Used some 3M 90 spray adhesive to glue the insulation to the rear wall curtain and hung that sucker back up. I'll have to say, quite the dramatic difference in road noise entering the cab from the back. Once the seat is back in (have to do the folding seat mod still) I think it'll be even better. Well worth the effort since I had to rip everything out to fix the window anyway.

    Insulated rear curtain.
