    Dude it's been killing me. Today was gorgeous but big rain coming tomorrow and I'll be driving a bit. Its been a day on day off rain for almost a month. Had 2 decent stretches but those days I was at work for 3 12hr shifts in a row.

    @War Machine is the man. He got hit hard by the detailing bug and had taken his truck to the next level. All the while he's been so nice to give us all reviews of every product he has tried and why it's good or bad. Incredibly helpful and generous man.

    I just enjoy sharing and talking about things I like. I appreciate the kind words, but you guys might want to wait until you’ve tried this stuff. You might hate it, then it’ll be all about how full of it I am! :rofl:

    I’m betting you guys will dig it. I’m dying for at least a second opinion, if not third fourth or fifth with all the guys who’ve ordered it. I’m gonna feel like crap if a bunch of people spent their money on my word and aren’t happy.

    Fridays is the day buddy. I'm doing it!!!! I wanna do hydro2 as well but I think I'll try it on its own Friday. Then again over the hydro2 another day later in the month.

    That’s what I did. It worked great on its own, but I think the Hydro2 base gives it a little more pop.

    I haven’t had good weather lately either. The day after I did the detail I posted pics of, it rained like crazy. I washed it again yesterday, and even though it didn’t rain, I screwed up. I put Waxaddict on all the trim. I guess I didn’t buff it well enough because today it had run all over the place.

    I’m familiar with the Lexol leather products. In my opinion good stuff to use. I’m also a fan of the Poorboy’s World product line. Haven’t really found a bad product from them. Can’t wait to see the review on the other products you have their.

    By the way what did you use for your bumper caps? Did you paint over the chrome? Or complete swap out?

    I don’t have leather in my truck, but my wife does. I’ll be trying it on it sooner or later. I have tried the Poorboys World Wheel Cleaner and I like it a lot. It’s probably my current favorite.

    I had my end caps powder coated. They match perfectly on mine.

    Only one of those I have used is the Lexol leather cleaner. I love the lexol beamd for leather, I use the cleaner and conditioner and it's good stuff

    I wish I lived in a warm weather climate sometimes. I can do full details from pretty much may through October, so less than half the year. I have to turn the hoses off in November because they freeze, and often it's way to cold to even think about washing. I do use hot water mixed with ech2o and reload once of twice a winter with about 30 MF towels but I'm pretty limited here in CT.
