Has anyone seen a video on the removal of the grill from the surround without breaking all of the tabs? I watched a vid and the guy completely disassembled the grill and surround and did not break the tabs like some are doing.

I just did it yesterday when I painted my grille. Piece of cake. Remove the grille, remove 4 screws that hold the surround to the grille and then take a small screwdriver and push down the tabs.

Thanks guys. I have the SR5 chrome and purchased a white set up off a limited I think from a member.

I thought that the video I saw the guy used a small screwdriver and that was my intent. What I did though, I took a heat gun, on low, and heated the tabs area a little, and honestly the grill just fell out. I did not overheat the tabs, just to a point that you would feel some heat.
The replacement grill, white was the intent, was another story. It looks like there are little plastic teeth molded into the grill to make sure the grill and surround does not separate. It does not look anything like the SR5 chrome setup.

I applied the heat, and tried to use a small screwdriver but felt like I was getting close to breaking the tab. I even applied some spray lubricant hoping that would assist, but not happening.

My goal was the white surround, with the SR5 chrome grill.

Pulled the trigger on some Ballistic wheels finally. Went with a +12 offset. Should get me close to flush with the new fender flares. No idea how I'm gonna hide these from the wife LOL

Led conversion headlights and fogs, matches PLATINUM drl. Phillips Ultinon in both, exceeded all expectations, and definitely an improvement over stock.

    Both from Amazon.

I will try to get some shots. They definitely don't suck, probably a lateral move from stock in most regards, but they suit my needs much better. Mine look exactly like the review you refer to, I did have to spend some time aiming mine.

Adjustment at headlight itself, not the dial in cab. One would think that a bulb swap would be fine, but I matched my factory aim, driver up a little, passenger down a good bit. Read others had similar adjustment after swap.
