    Flux capacitor!
Look for a bit like this from your local hardware store. It will grab the stripped screw and remove it.

I used some galvanized sheet metal screws to just tighten the 3 points on the rack. I’m worried that if I decide to get a bed cover and have to move them out i won’t be able to take the stripped ones out.

You can take a Dremel tool and cut a slot in it, like a flat head screw, then use a flat head screwdriver and get it out.

Thanks. that is a good idea. I think I’m going to try to take those out and redo with new set of threaded grommets. If anyone knows of what I can use or where to buy it that would help out a lot.

I used the Grabit Extractor and really stripped the hole even bigger. Never used the screw extractor. Thanks.

Sooooo much better (BFG KO2s - LT 275 60 20). The Load Range Ds feel like a nice compromise between P-rated and Load Range E. Should have come from the factory this way.

I bought the overlays also, but haven't put them on yet. Can you post some close up pictures of each one?

Just waiting for my kid to finish swim practice so I took some Picts of my overlays. These have been on for about 1 1/2 years and look the same as the day I installed them. The only one I don't like is the SR5 but you would not use that one (I don't have the "4x4" on the tailgate. 4B8CE26F-7B70-4B15-AFBA-CA398B5B10B3.jpg

I never say no to more pictures (unless it is @dcsleeper408 ). We should start an overlay picture thread.
I used Plastidip on my FJ and my Pro had black badges, so this will be my first experience with the overlays. Taking them out of the package my first impression was that that they looked rather plasticky. Once they are on I'm sure they will look fine.

Just finished installing the SDHQ hidden winch. 12000lb WARN Zeon Platinum tucked inside the bumper.
Kit comes with pretty good instructions and it's not a difficult job, easy enough by yourself with basic tools. Took about 6 hours. I did get my son to help for 5 minutes lifting the assembled winch and bumper back onto the truck.

Wow I have a real serious mod problem.
Just added today. Will mount track soon as I get with rear bins mini kix and cross bin soon as I get it all shipped to me. For now the cargo bar is there just in case it wants to slide but shouldn't while driving.

I bought my slide private for 400. But they took the time and addressed all my questions in a very honest and timely manner via IM. I'm going to give it 1 more day of driving around with it in back just to make sure I'm ok with the extra weight on how my truck handles with it. On a hr drive back it was fine but I just want to be sure before I contact them to get the bolts to permanently mount it in my truck. At the same time of ordering the $15 mount kit I'm going to order the 2 small bins $99 that go between rear and wheel well on track and a $99 cross bin that sits between side rails. So I'll be all set up the way I want it with an additional $215. I think I made out great for $615 considering just my slide without the 200 in bins sells for double that new.

is that something that a local locksmith can do or is this a dealer only type of a job?

Just so u know Joe nothing bad happened to me with bedslide, I was just kidding about me spending too much always doing something to my truck. I don't know if u got that or that they messed something up. Like I said I didn't even get thru them. However I asked them a ton of questions and they patiently n honestly took the time to answer every single 1, even knowing I was purchasing it privately. I'd give them a perfect 10 in customer service so far and plan to get the 3 bins and mounting hardware new from them very soon. Unless of course I can find anotger steal in the next day or 2 on the 3 bins.

I found some local locksmith that can do it. Some dealer might not do it since its not an OEM key. Plus they charge way more for them to program. I know some people can grogram it by downloading techstream i believe.

Finally started sound deadening my doors.

Started by covering the entire inside of the outer door with Cascade VB-2...

Then detach all wires to pass through a single slit.

Then get to work with the heat gun @ 500° to mold it until your fingers are burnt and numb...

Then the inner panel itself has to stop squeaking like a bitch when hitting any rough surface. So, I pull everything back, tape it off and spray the snot out of it with Cascade pro-sound deadening spray. I also tighten all panel screws and shim & wedge anything loose... Especially that big yellow riveted POS right in the middle of it... It's plastic rivets are all loose enough to cause that rattle "only OCD audiophiles can hear"... Three of my doors rattle and I'm sure that is it because now there's nothing but blissful silence inside the truck...
    This is ready to spray...

    Sprayed...

Takes about 5-6 hours each door (includes running new 10g-2 wire into the front doors and new 12g-4 into the rear doors)... The 18g factory spider silk, so called speaker wire ain't cutting it for me. But now I can enjoy true peace and quiet in my truck right now, with a little rumble of the TRD PRO dual exhaust...
