What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Yes, any type of personal property is taxed annually and independently from the property taxes you pay for your house. In Virginia beach we are taxed on our vehicles, any trailers you own, campers, boat, jet ski etc. If you own a business then you must pay property taxes on all equipment you own: vehicles, computers, office furniture, ladders, paint brush...etc...whatever you purchase to operate your business your hit on.


Just got back from picking up my 2018 grille! Gotta order an emblem from @Roman tonight so I can install.

Yeah it is. It's from a company out in California, hitchworks. They have a bunch to choose from and the owner Cody is an awesome guy. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again and highly recommend his product. I'm hoping to do a writeup on it soon. In the meantime, any questions don't hesitate to ask.

 

Bought the Chemical Guys black car kit and their clay block (bigger and better than a bar). I’ve got to say, I don’t think I’ll ever use another brand. Their stuff is incredible. Washed it, hit it with the clay block, followed by black light optimizer and the butter wax. I can’t believe how great it looks! For the first time I fully understand about the paint looking wet after detailing!!

Thanks!! Not gonna lie, I couldn’t stop staring at it after I was done. Took all damn day but it was worth it. Don’t want to drive it so it will stay looking that good.

Anyone have an easy way to keep and or clean the wheel wells? Has to be something you can spray on and hose off.

 

I got Space Ghost all washed and waxed yesterday and it rained today just enough to mess it up, sorry my picture came out yellow looking, damn iPhones

I spray mine with purple power, then wash them with a soapy rag, rinse and let dry. After they are dry, I spray tire shine in the fender well, then wipe the excess off. Looks better than new.

 

Chemicalguys products are excellent, been using for about 2 years. I have to try clay block out. I use the citrus wash, hybrid V07 detailer and butter wet wax and the afterwash to speed up drying process. Try the instawax in between waxes, it sill save you some time.

Wrapped the shifter surround. Slowly but surely getting rid of all the silver! Going redo the cup holders with the same matte black.

Can you (or anyone else following along that knows) circle whichever of these is the bottom connector?

 

It is located behind the front wheel well. I only have these photos as of right meow. I’ll try and get some later today for you if the rain lets up.

 

The 2 connectors are in these locations. You can see one and the other one is about 8” or so more towards the outside. Hope this is what you were asking for.

Okay, I think I can apply this. Did you remove those panels to access, or work tools into that tiny space. I did the rear diff relocation; figure I should do all I can to protect at the front too.

Yes sir, a couple bolts and fasteners and the front panel is off. Then you have all the room you need. Really not much diff than the rear diff mod. Any questions just ask and I’ll give you what I got.
