Done that like 5x lol. I have glass built into our insurance so we don't pay any extra when that happens. My wife's Highlander (brand new) needed to have her windshield replaced due to a nasty chip she incurred. We had It replaced with OEM via insurance which saved $700 or so.

Did the driver side interior door handle mod. I'll try my hand at wrapping them tomorrow with black paracord.

Nah, no flares. I'm afraid they will collect the salt and brine they use on the winter roads around here.

It's just enough wider to be subtle. I think I'll pull the plastic mud flaps off to exaggerate the illusion. ;)

General handling as I don't have anything to tow :)

I like it. So far on corners I am familiar with(go fast corners ;)) it feels better than my other Tundras. It's no go-kart...there's still some body roll much of which could be the 'P' tires, but the waggly whale ass seems to be gone; it just feels better planted.

@mdavis @tat2ude39 you guys should look in the Kagu MAXpider 3D mats. I have them in my 2nd gen. No moving around, Velcro type at the bottom, mounded to fit and just as good as weather tech. Looks better IMO. Has a nice texture to it so your feet don't slip either. Have had mine for 2 years and spilled near everything on them, still looks like new!

For all of you paracording the handles, have you ever thought of using a spiral hitch? It is super easy to do and looks and holds up way better than just wrapping it around a bunch of times. Just my opinion, but I'm kind of a knot nazi.

That looks great, but as I said this was my first time. Perhaps next time I'll try something more advanced. Something I did learn from the video was that the wrap can put up with the flame better than I would have thought. I was scared I'd melt the wrap and not just the ends.

The paint was in pretty rough shape when I got my 2014 last week so I spent 4 hours detailing today with Meguiars Mirror Glaze Swirl Remover and Yellow Wax. Not a bad reflection off of a black truck that was covered in swirls and scratches.image1-2.jpg
