Correct. You will need a harness. @iHacker has those and there is a thread on it.

I could be mistaken but I'm pretty sure all 21' TRD Sport came with LED headlights from the factory.

Did you install a switch and relay for the light bar wiring harness or tap it into the factory headlights wiring?

the NSV light bar is the most pain in the ass install of any lightbar ive delt with.

the wiring ties into the headlight/turn signal stalk. the harness that connects to the light ties into the front turn signals and headlight ajustment motor. there are piggy back harness that connect to those plugs. Ive researched everything I can find, re-pinned the connectors, doubled checked my work. Im pulling my hair out here..

But damn, it's pretty rad how well it works, IMHO...I've had the version 2 bar and converted it to the verison 1 that offered strobe at the time....the version 3 makes it impossible, now...I didn't care for the DRL lights so I made that one (pin 8 to pin 5) into the strobe. Works great and is very usable light for my needs. Some throw dislike to it on the bar's output but it works great for me!

yeah, looks wise its killer! im also not racing the baja 1000 so I dont did the output of the sun. I doubt I would have ever bought it new, but for 250 bucks it was impossible to pass up. I believe that I might have the gen 1 bar becuase it came with the strobe switch panel. the wiring kit was brand new, but the lightbar was used. so I think I have a newer gen wiring kit with the old light bar...

thats the only conclusion I can come to since the DLR wont turn off. I assume the strobe feature doesnt work due to the pin 3 not being used... so If I wanted to use the strobe feature, assuming my light bar is gen 1, then would I just remove pin 8 and put it into pin 3 position?

if I cant turn off the DLR and I dont have strobe, I might as well "enable" the strobe feature.

Yes and nope. Had the sound on my drive from work to home today so 2/3 drives so far it was there. It's a puzzler. I think handing a go pro under frame is the next move.

Does anyone have the part number for the 38 gallon fuel tank cross member?

    Is it: 57407C ?

**Nope, the cross member is part no.:510380C040

I'm seeing if I want to upgrade from the 26gallon tank to the factory 38gallon fuel tank:

Here's what it would cost, though, no shipping available:

Stock, with a few cosmetic mods.
Did rear brakes. R&R rotors as they were junk. Used all OEM parts. Sucks that the pads did not include the little metal insulators that mount on the caliper in which the pads tabs slide so I cleaned and reused them. I also reused the steel backing plates that clip to the pads as well as the wear feeler. Is it typical with dealership parts that I must reuse all these parts? In the pas using aftermarket parts for other cars new pads always include these support parts. For the price of this OEM crap you would think everything is included.

Assuming that’s for storage, I had considered doing that at one point as well to the unused space between the leaf springs. About how much weight will it hold?

got my final coupler in & installed me new "intake"

this is a cut rough country pipe tied into the stock airbox (i really just wanted to remove the sound resonator from the stock & get rid of the ugly ribbed tube)
dont worry about the singular clamp on the left side, that coupler is on the pipe almost 2" & its TIGHT....its not going anywhere
