    Carved up the console to make room for the new 3 switch panel from @RainMan_PNW. Fits beautifully and looks damn near OEM. Rear window relocation harness should arrive today!

    You only really need two things: 1) a new switch panel and 2) extended wiring for the switch.

    I bought a pre-built harness from Accessorides (linked below). You can extend the wiring yourself, but I'd rather pay the ~$40.

    Another member on the forum sells 3D printed switch panels and switch blanks. He makes a few versions of the panel (varies by trim level / # of switches) and has a full write-up on how to install the panel. Links for both below!

    Polished the Toyota emblem.

    Bought the vehicle and it was heavily beat up by the suns UV so I sanded it and buffed it out. Sprayed some UV protector on it. Should be good for another few years.

    After wrecking two of my sensors a few years back, I bought these and love the peace of mind they bring.....I also pulled a set from a salvage yard to have as spares. The sensors are the same front to back for each respective side. Cant recall the pigtail length though, so that may differ.

    You must be up by Payson or Strawberry? I lived in the Prescott area for 7 years and would camp up by Blue Ridge Reservoir. That was in 2006 to 2013. I moved back home to Idaho in 2013 when my wife and I got divorced.

    My parents bought a park model in Yuma in 2010 and started wintering there at that time while keeping their Idaho horse property. Yuma in the winter is awesome! Since moving back up to to Idaho, I vacation in Yuma in January/February every winter, staying with my folks. They upgraded to a nice home in the Foothills in 2014 for $170k that is now worth nearly $500k.

    I ended up buying the empty lot next to their place this year and am getting it ready to install an RV pad and hookups, and a shop.

    Idaho prices are ridiculous! I inherited 10 acres next to a highway with a few old outbuildings, a couple of wells, and no internet or cell phone coverage. I just sold it for $500k. That money is going towards a couple of acres in Idaho closer to town. I'm hoping to develop that site into a place with an RV pad and hookups, and a shop.

    I see a ton of folks migrating here from California and that caused the real estate prices to go nuts. Nobody that is from here can afford a home. The median income for a family here is $55k. The income required to purchase the average home is $163k. I work with nine other people on my team. Me and the supervisor are the only ones over 30. Nobody on the team except me and him own a home. The rest rent and know they will never be able to buy. He paid $106k for his home and I paid $115k. Both have nearly tripled in value.

    Idaho is quickly becoming less attractive due to housing prices, low wages, and more and more people.

    Did you keep your factory amp or did this amp replace it?
    I have the Infinity DSP amp from James as well his box and sub and it made a big difference overall.

    I bought my grill from High Country Off-Road. It came in about two weeks and feels very high quality. I chose the Silver Toyota letters but there are a couple of options. The sensor mesh is the same color as the letters instead of matching the black grill, so I'm planning on buying another one from Amazon.

    Just be careful when removing the old grill but also you have to use some force to undo the clips at the bottom, almost feels like you're going to break something. Very easy install in all. Took me about 30 mins.

    This is what I installed:
    Brackets from Diode Dynamics
    42" single row LED light bar off Amazon
    OEM style switch off Amazon
    Total of around $200
    I watched a video from Headlight Revolution on the install of their lower bumper LED and just bought the parts needed.Saved about $400
    Diode Dynamics sells the whole kit but you can just buy the brackets from them.
    The LED came from Amazon with a round on/off switch which I hated so I bought the more OEM switch that fits the blank to the right of the steering wheel.New switch has 4 wires and original switch had 3 so I had to figure that out which wasn't too bad.
    A curved LED might have been a better fit for the bumper area but the straight one is fine just make sure of the dimensions before you purchase.
    Routing the wire thru the firewall was the biggest PITA but doable just punch a hole through the large grey grommet then use a wire fish to get the wire with the connector through that hole.
    I routed the wires from the LED through the air dam up along the radiator across the top over the battery area and mounted the relay on the ground located on the fender well. Everything zip tied down thru existing holes.I removed the grill for easier access PXL_20250301_184243408.jpg Screenshot_20250404-160327.png PXL_20250301_183929753.jpg PXL_20250301_184035019.jpg PXL_20250301_184043981.jpg PXL_20250301_191231731.jpg PXL_20250301_191225208.jpg PXL_20250301_184000246.jpg

    NICE! The only factory stereo component I have left is the center dash speaker and I'm up in the air on changing it or leaving it like the last man standing.

    I wired it to the jvc radio’s high output speakers wire. Pull signal from positive of left speaker and negative of the right speaker. So far so good. Need to adjust a little since volume level arent even. Need more play time.

    I watched a video done by PRAVO BEAST I think and he showed how to build the wire harnesses to bypass the factory amp and tap into the factory radio and speakers without having to cut any wires, all plug and play and mimicked it with mine.

    Well, I pulled the TRD sway bar to swap the end links and see if the holes were wallowed out. Unfortunately the bar is not salvageable. No idea how long the moog links were like that, but the slop definitely left egg shaped holes in the bar. It sort of looks like the moog links stretched a little giving enough play to wear into the mounting hole. I could only get one of them off (didn’t try too hard on the 2nd one after discovering the bar was garbage) I threw the stock bar/links back on for now and ordered a new TRD sway bar.

    Anybody know the part numbers for the end links by chance? Going OEM despite the cost after my experience with the moog ones.

    *edit: found the part numbers for both links and the nuts
    Left = 48810-0C010
    Right = 48820-0C010
    Nuts x2 = 90178-A0085

    Still increasingly happy with the Eibach setup after a few days though.

    Also topped off the coolant overflow tank and the brake fluid reservoir.
