My bet is the mass air flow plug harness. Cost me $15 to fix my own. Ask for the parts back so others can be aware of what the tree rats went after.

Changed out my cabin filter today, evident signs of mice poop. How likely are they somewhere inside the vents? I doubt I hear anything…

Also have seen you guys put up a screen where the cabin air opening is. Just can’t believe that I have been breathing this crap in. Probably going to have to change these out at least 3-4 times a year… holy crap.

I actually check that pretty frequently. And every time I’m at the car wash, I’d used their compressed air to blow out all the debris in the engine bay. Lol

Interesting timing of your post. I have some sticky pads in the garage for spiders and mice. I caught a mouse on a pad that was near the garage door opening by the car yesterday. Put a new one out and another by the rv garage door opening.

its that time of year its getting cold, and the mice are looking for warm dry places to hide and nest.

If that’s on the dirty side and the filter isn’t chewed through then you likely don’t have them inside the vents - just at the intake.
Get some wire mesh over it.

Stock, with a few cosmetic mods.
Last week I scored the console safe off of ebay. Thought a pretty good deal at 170.00 inc. shipping. I just mounted it in the truck, piece of cake job, took 5 minutes. I’m surprised how heavy and seemingly well built the unit is. Great addition for certain!

Yeah, it was colder a few weeks ago. Our third winter in this house and had a discovery of mice getting into crawl space. I checked after seen mouse poop on the patio. I added some spray filler under the siding by the patio and cleaned up the spot in the crawl space. Added steel wool to the area between the insulation and foundation. Added sticky pads and mouse poison in crawl space by the intrusion. No evidence of mice in crawl space and mouse poop evidence on patio not appearing. I have not seen the coyotes in a while, I think they were getting some mice.

Finally did my pads and rotors today, the front pads hit the wear tabs right at 100k. Plenty of life in the rears still when I replaced them. Centric premium rotors and Hawk LTS pads.

funny you mention the velcro, I do have some and always thought about just holding it in place with it but when I looked at it, it turned to I'm going to mount it anyways so I'll leave it be

Went from a 15 row to a 25 row trans cooler on my '21 yesterday plus a fluid drain/refill. Was a cold day in VA to do it, but it was one of those things I just wanted to get done to get it off the to-do list. Full disclosure: the 15 row dropped pan temps a lot, but I can't leave well enough alone.

Drove it 14 hours and about 1000 miles from Phoenix AZ to Greeley CO. I was expecting vail pass to be a shit show, but it was smooth sailing the whole way. Now I sleep until the altitude headache goes away.
