Didn't you just buy it? What's not being accomplished to your liking?

It was inherited, I just feel like it deserves a better home because I'm gonna kill it hauling this camper around. I think this might be better suited to my needs

It needs a grill, a fender, a hood, tires, and probably a body control module. I don't expect anybody to want it if I'm just being brutally honest with myself.

My dad was given the boot from the forum over some dumb stuff he said. I'd probably get the same treatment if I show his truck or give away his identity.

I'm pretty sure you don't receive the ban hammer simply for knowing someone who has received the ban hammer.

Well got my first ticket in the Tundra and my first in 15 years. He pulled over multiple vehicles for speeding. Couldn’t prove how fast I was going since he only clocked the guy behind me. But said my tires stuck out too much and my front/rear bumpers had too much clearance. Thanks @STravis .

I took that as a compliment and thanked him for my ticket.

Just a little update that is definitely in improvement from the 12v cigarette lighter socket.

I installed on the left side a pass through usb from my Radio and a USBC wired to the oem 12v from the cigarette socket.

On the right side I installed a socket that has two USB and two USBC that I wired to the oem 12v from the cigarette socket.

35k on my odometer and got my first CEL this morning on my way back from Pasadena. Pulled off the freeway to check under the hood for any loose hoses or plugs that I might have left undone. Everything felt right as far as acceleration/throttle response so I took it to my buddy who's got a scan tool. I didn't write down the exact code but it was related to my MAF sensor and something to do with idle.
I've got the Stillen intake with a dry AFE filter+pre-filter so I don't know what could have tripped a MAF code. I do have the coolant bypass done but that shouldn't be cause for that code, right?

Anyways, I asked him to reset the codes and I'm just going to keep an eye on my temps going forward, which means I definitely need to invest in a scangauge. Got my eyes on SGIII. Does SGIII read codes and allows you to reset?

So he got you for speeding? How does one officer pull over multiple vehicles and write them speeding tickets when he only clocked one?

That’s why he couldn’t give me a speeding ticket just for tire poke and bumpers haha. But I definitely was speeding since he clocked the guy behind me.

Got her cleaned up finally. I’ll be going with level10 for a fully built transmission that said to hold 1khp hopefully get that going soon.

Also we snagged a new family toy. Need to add a hitch unit to the backhalf plan. Full class 5 tube chassis and street legal. Plans to do a few races here and there.

Got pulled over a couple of weeks ago by a state trooper on my way to my uncle's ranch. I was probably 10 or so over the very generous Texas highway speed limit. First thing out of his mouth when he walked up was 'Great color on this thing'. We talked about trucks and pig hunting for 10 minutes and he gave me a warning (extremely unusual for state troopers). Thanks trooper, and good hunting.

What is the offset of those wheels? Shopping for some soon and want to get some that stick out a little so I can throw on fender flares.

Check the build link in my signature.
A lot of states require that the tires cannot extend beyond the widest point of the body/fender surrounding them, and that the rear of the tire be obstructed at least below the mid point but either fender or mud flap.
    usually it’s an add-on ticket they’ll use to make a point…

I love the SGIII. How many miles do you have with the Stillen now? I'm right at 1K with mine.
