This is true. I just prefer the Redline brand. Plus my local Oriellys keeps it on the shelves.

Driver side rear Bilstein 5100 gave up. 3 years and 34k mostly town/highway miles. Not very impressed...

I already have Ravenol on order, but I'll check out Redline next time, I've heard good things about their products

Negative, it's for a 4 point seatbelt harnesses to help keep you planted in the seats.

The main issue with the front stops in place was the driver side shackle. It was damn near rubbing at ride height. I tried cutting each of the front stops a little to bend the brackets and allow the tire to move forward, but ultimately ended up grinding off the rivets on the passenger side and removing the stop entirely. The driver side was fine with the cut and bend. Now it’s all good. The full size 35x12.50 with 35psi now fits without issue. I will get a cable lock to keep it secure and likely will run a tire cover on the top to keep the new wheel from getting grimy.

Pictures are with the truck fully drooped out, so the shackles are as close to the tire as they will get, save any crazy articulation. I’m also about 90% sure the TRD sway will clear at full bump, but I’ll keep an eye on it.

I installed my CBI Swing Arm rear bumper in July. I debated for a long time whether to sell my BBS wheels and buy 5 new wheels for the tire carrier or just use the spare wheel. Ultimately, I decided to keep them for now. I don't love the offset and don't want to run spacers, but I love the look and trust the durability.

So, I got the matching tire for my set and put it on the spare wheel yesterday. I was so very excited to mount it on the tire carrier finally... until it wouldn't fit.

Come to find out via experience and YouTube University, I'll need a 2" spacer to fit the spare wheel on the CBI tire carrier. Per classic CBI, there were no instructions, FAQ, or suggestions.

No way that any tire size or wheel offset would fit the freaking thing.

Stock, with a few cosmetic mods.
Just mounted my Rigd License Plate Bracket & Light combo on the Wilco hitch mounted tire carrier I bought two weeks ago. Went together pretty easily with a little trimming and fab work. Now all I have to do is get a few 14x1.5 or so wheel studs to mount on the plate that the wheel bolts to and I’m good to go. I’ve got that size locking lugs kicking around in case you were wondering. Guess I’m going to need a faux license plate or something to cover that gaping rectangular hole left in my bumper where the old plate was. Any suggestions?

Got fed up listening to my high lift mounts rattling against the bed, so a couple strips of foam should do the trick. Haven’t gone for a drive yet, but just shaking it around the noise is essentially gone aside from the high lift itself, which I can live with
