A bit foggy this morning, and thought I would take a couple of pictures with the new lightbar operational in comparison to just headlights/Rigid pods once I got to the office.

 

I can remember going surfing at Canaveral Pier when Hurricane Hugo was offshore. Insane waves, and I only went out once as the lineup was pretty crowded and the current was nasty and I didn't feel like eating a piling on the pier.

 

New skinz are on

 

Installed a new headlamp dimmer switch assembly and installed a Revesol Black Ring steering wheel with AJT black trims while I was it. This pretty much completes my blacked out interior!

 

Ayyy, column shifter FTW.

 

How much something like that run?

 

1st week with my 2nd gen and today was the 1st mods.

 

Does look great! Our trucks look very similar, just running the Pro wheels. That Barcelona Red looks so good!

295s? Any spacers or level/lite?

 

Yes I bought the truck in May and it has about a 1" spacer frt and rear with 6112's up front and 5100's rear.Coachbuilder shackles and the Barcelona Red got to me

 

How do you like the fit on the AJT steering wheel pieces

 

They fit pretty well when I swapped over from OEM. My only minor gripe would be the blank cover I needed to buy/install to cover the bottom right side cutout (vertical cutout below the DISP button). It doesn’t quite sit flush since it has to bend around a center plastic bar (this bar divides the cutout in 2) to lock into the top and bottom of the cutout. There’s a slight convex bend in the cover which makes it look a bit off.

 

Want to paint or get the oem black trim but that silver volume button will drive me nuts.

 

To be honest, I don’t care for it. It makes it hard to shift with the HU I installed. I have to over-hand it; otherwise, my knuckles will scrape across the touch screen.

Got my lights wired up, I think it looks pretty cool but im biased might hit the chrome bumpers this weekend if i can find any plasti dip in stock anywhere

i had it done a few years ago. I bought it straight from Katzkin and the contact with a local shop to install. All in it was close to $2k. That includes seats and the center console. Not cheap but it was worth it.

Yeah, another member mentioned that button as well. But there’s also silver/chrome on the AC unit and 4x4 knob, which I can’t really do anything about.

Just thinking out loud, painting the volume button would remove the “+” and “-“ icons, which may make the button look like a cheap knock off. Decisions, decisions.

 

You can buy a 4x4 knob and ac knob/trim chrome delete from AJT.

 

Hmm, looks like AJT has added a 4x4 knob since I last bought my set (or I missed it ). That said, I’ve installed the AC unit deletes, but not much can be done for the silver face plate (has all of the graphics).

 

Once upon a time I saw an overlay kit for that section, but I have only seen it in one or two trucks on the site.

It was freakin' brutal on the coast yesterday morning... I was out at about 0400ish and visibility was almost nil

The OE Rigid fogs in our Pros are barely a step up from any other OE LED fog...

 

Ive had my Tundra since March this year and I still sometimes go to park/get out of park like I did in my 06 Ridgeline. Its habit. Maybe I need a taller shifter to get my attention that its there. hahahahahaha!

 

I prefer the MESO 4x4 chrome delete, it retains the factory rubber ring.
