Nah these are actually hex nuts, not stars… lol they are a pita and I swear I was about to lose a few in the engine bay installing my Stillen.

But I’ll tell you this, those SPG has gone up immensely while MPG has most likely gone down

So did it make a difference?? Noise, performance, underhood area looks better?? Or a combination of the 3?

FB find, $350 for some TRD wheels. $88 for Discount Tire to mount. Mine are listed for $500. Going to list them here for $400. Should come out on top-ish.

Definitely made a noticeable difference. Sound is much crisp. Cold starts are amazing now.

Acceleration for me is much better, much smoother than before. I’m able to just step on it and the truck just pulls. Much more zippy and responsive.

Subtle noise, but it’s when you accelerate. I think it’s just the fact that it’s pulling in air.

I know some of the guys don't care for the 'drone' at lower RPMs (I think probably when it's around 1500 or whatever, but I think it's a perfect 'OE' system for these rigs

Enjoy your smiles per mile or km :D

Ripped out the dash, installed Lexus AC blower and AJT ac knobs & 4x4 switch. Sanded down vent rings and the 3 grayish trim strips that run across the dash. Next up will be the adhesion promotion and primer, then wait 48hrs to cure before wet sanding the primer, theb applying 3 base coats and 3 clear coats. Then the new radio goes in.

I got a high gloss clear for my red trim pieces. I'm now worried I should of went matte? What do yall think?

I bought a spare set from a part out to experiment different colors and finishes. I painted all 4 pieces to match. After lots of back n forth, I ended up liking this textured gloss. Im gonna paint the other set I have and probably sell them.

SDHQ Dual battery kit. This kit requires patience… I took me hours just to replace the power steering fluid line under the engine and the battery tray mounted under the tiny space between the fender liner wall and sheet metal… mostly due to working in tiny spaces and dealing with hose clamps in awkward positions (this was the “gotcha, haha you thought this would be easy but it’s not” moment). Overall, instructions were fine. And if I can do it, anyone can.

My only concern after install was added protection to the terminals, so I’m adding fuses at the main battery terminal and aux battery terminal… I went to SDHQ for the kit and to Blaze Off-road for the terminal fuses.

There are no YouTube videos for a 2.5 gen Tundra, but there’s enough out there to search for what’s needed.

The plan is to add a 1000w inverter but still not sure where to put it.

That windshield reservoir relo kit is clutch. It’s nicely tucked away in the back. Thing is though, I think I’ll have to use a funnel now to refill the blinker fluid.
