Ain’t that the truth. Looks like a new truck and the LEDs are SO MUCH brighter.

I honestly keep forgetting to update the build thread. I’ll do an update after I get the LP9s mounted up.

One day I’ll have a fast, offroad truck. But that day is not today. Looking forward to updates as they come!

I decided to be responsible and order up some trail spares in the form of Sankei 555 inner and outer tie rods. I’m usually pretty adverse to anything not OEM, but I’ve heard from multiple sources that Sankei 555 parts are pretty much the only ones out there that are as strong if not stronger that OEM Toyota products.

Oil change today @ 64.4k miles. Drained out the last of my 0w20. In went 7 qt of Amsoil 5w30 and almost 1qt of Kirkland 5w30. That was the last of the Amsoil. I have a few boxes of Kirkland to use up.

Got a sample halfway through the draining of the old oil. It’s off to Blackstone on Monday.

I had the boss with me for a few errands and he spotted the carwash and wanted to help wash the truck, so it got a quick wash yesterday.

What bumper is this? I love it!

I'm trying to decide what I want. I live in deer country, regularly have to come to a complete stop on my drive into town. Hit 3 in 4 years, so I know it's inevitable with my truck. Lol

    Good morning everyone,

Would anybody have a spare Jomax TSS plate lying around and available to part with?

I think I noticed it on mine too. Going to look at new wheels in a little while. I have clearcoat peeling on one of mine. I think a rock or something chipped it. They are 7 or 8 years old.

I have a chip too and mine are only 3-4 yrs old. I kinda think the little impact happy turds at DT dropped a socket or spinning lug nut on it

Yeah that sucks. I also have some kind of staining on the spokes that won't come out.

It's hard to tell from these pics. It has streaks and almost looks like a chemical etching. I say new wheels and a ceramic coat on them. :D

Yeah, my driver's side was obvious. When I checked the passenger side, it popped right up as the original tape wasn't sticky any longer. It just stayed flat so you couldn't tell.

Finally installed a gas tank skid, never seen anything from Mountain Offroad Enterprises but it looks promising, pretty heavy and mounts to the frame unlike some other plates I’ve seen that only mount to the gas tank straps.

Almost smooth, still have the bds brackets up front. Been thinking about a custom transmission plate that mounts to the bracket itself rather than the factory crossmember
