Ended up knocking out all 4 corners. 6112/5160, UCAs, Icon rxts in my garage.

ended up taking about 7 total hours of work and I had a buddy help me with the leaf springs. Everything went great until my last shackle bolt.. accidentally mushroomed the first thread so going to have to try and fix that this weekend. I loosened the LCA for front shocks and it was very easy and worth it. IMO two Jacks is key for this project. I’ll post pics tomorrow, got dark on me.

Check the build link in my signature.
Couldn’t tell you. I’m not hanging out on the front bumper when I’m driving.
They are just good ol’ Crosby shackles, with a little antisieze on the threads.

Ordered a front sway bar from Hendricks Toyota in North Charleston. Free shipping and sales on a lot of stuff. Might be a good time to get some dealer items if you've been waiting.

after 6112/5160 install and icon rxt option 2.
Driveway has a bit of a slant but overall I love the rake, should settle some though. No test drive yet, need to fix a thread on the shackle. This is with a rack/decked on for about 280 bed weight.

Well having joined this forum 6 years ago, cruised and otherwise learned about my new to me truck (2015 bought in 2017), I've finally decided to post some end result pics of the de-chroming I started in January this year.
Following photos were taken this morning.
    IMG_0928.jpg
    IMG_0929.jpg IMG_0931.jpg

Been collecting stuff since New Years to get the truck looking as it is now.
With all the rain we've been getting, I haven't wasted the effort in washing the truck for the photos I've taken. So Yes... the truck is dirty.
OEM grill/hood bump replaced with colour matched TRD Pro grill and hood bump.
OEM Wheels powder coated, centre caps painted, new tires, new TPMS installed/programmed and dealer mounted on the truck yesterday.
Removed OEM skid plate, installed new aluminium Canadian https://www.okexpedition.ca/ made skid plate for better protection.
Front/Rear Bumper end caps removed, powder coated, reinstalled along with new front hitch installed all with the significant help of SIL and my neighbour.
Raised black letters on the tailgate to match up with the chrome blackout overlay kit around the truck.

Next round is to install Rhino Roof Rack, 23Zero 270' awning, solar panel, behind grill 42 inch light bar, UHF/VHF radio, and other stuff yet to be decided.
    ...B

I get so excited when I see pics of CM'es with new treads. Then I see they running 18" wheels.

I'm looking forward to new pics of new rubber on 20's.

I'm not doing any hunting until I'm ready for new rubber on my 20 inches.

Finally got the nerve to install a Prinsu. Honestly the drilling wasn't hard at all for me...I used drill stops and brand new bits, but nut-inserts and hope that I used enough RTV silicone which will continue to worry me til it rains the next few times. Anyways—I'm stoked on how sturdy it is and how it looks! I have a FWC Project M camper coming in April and I think this will help improve the look by completing the look between it and the cab for sure

Dropped in the TRD rear sway bar. Pretty straightforward install. For the upper links, the instructions said to not use a washer between the bolt and the frame, but that didn't seem right to me so I put a washer there anyway. The washer right against the frame, to the left of the spacer. Seems right to me.
