A little grill upgrade, the F in TRD Faux now stands for "functional"!

    Brand new cabin air filter!
I just installed mine last week. I love it! Install is real fun. Just take your time n be gentle with disassembly. The climate control is a lil tricky so be sure to watch his video on that specifically.

Not off my Tundra but get a load of this..

TRD header y-pipe off my Taco. Several years ago I ran into a lil snag when replacing my o2 sensor n this was the quick fix from a local exhaust shop. Now that I finally have a 2nd vehicle for transportation(my Tundra) I can afford to have downtime on my Taco and do all the things that I've been wanting to do to it like actually pull this y pipe off and see if I can have it fixed proper. Unfortunately though, she's going to be a non op for a lil while due to likely a blown head gasket. So this should be fun
    20240106_155409.jpg

On that note, anybody know of a good place near 951 So Cal that I can take this y pipe to that can make it perfect again?

Sorry I know I'm ranting off in the wrong forum

I don’t know why I bought it. I really don’t care about the chrome. But I just needed to do something to it to make it mine. Previous owner did the lift, wheels, tires, bumpers, and debadge.

I know exactly what you mean. I don't know why I buy half of the stuff I buy but it's an unexplainable addiction. Especially being on this forum. Like hey, did you know that you can get a plug n play auto window switch and make all your crew cab windows auto up & down!? I was kind blown and immediately pulled the trigger on that, received in 3 days and installed in 10min and now I'm super happy about that

Put both Badland jacks to work on tire rotations on the 4R and the truck. Of course now I have PCS malfunction issues on the 4R. :(

Pre-collision system? How does a tire rotation cause that? Disconnect battery and let it reset, maybe.

After I was done, I had the front end on jacks with the engine running and turning the steering wheel looking for a popping sound that she has been complaining about. Evidently the 4R is sensitive and didn't like it.

Nope....I'm thinking that it didn't like the angle of the sensor when I started it on jacks. Dumbass move on my part. Hopefully disconnecting the battery will clear and reset it.

Disconnecting the battery didn't do anything. It appears that it is from the steering angle since I no longer see the wheels on the display.

On my Mazda I have to start the car, turn lock to lock, then shut off. That resets it.
    Maybe try that?

    Cheers

Only the 2020/2021. That particular part is a direct swap for the dual USB-A charger that sits there in those years (the connector in the back of it is the same).

OBDII connection, more adjustability, smoother response, low speed trim, iDash compatibility...

Don't get me wrong, the PC does what is claims to do...I still have one on my 4R. The Banks system just seems to be much more user friendly.

Some folks have had issues with PC, many threads on the topic. Sometimes its a simple error but not always and this has led to some folks losing faith in the product. PM is better designed and one of the few throttle controls that gets wired to the vehicle to create a more secure connection.
They functions pretty similarly (as do most throttle controls, each with the differences but more or less similar) but the PM definitely provides an additional safety net with howbits connected to the vehicle.
