Like, Toyota has 13 different shades of Barcelona that the trucks might end up with, or the Barcelona color can appear in a variety of variances based on angles and lighting?

1 paint code, but the batches come out different. Happens with a lot of the colors but its more obvious with the reds and blues.

Interesting.... that must make it hard for bodyshop work, touch-ups and such.

Not really, most match to your body color since sun damage and colors fade to every vehicle.

How difficult was that to remove? My silver sky metallic is de-badged like yours and that looks great!

I have pretty arthritic hands so I was only able to do one panel before it almost seized up on me. One of the guys from my shop helped me do the rest and he did it in half the time with good hands and a heat gun, then goo gone (automotive) to remove any sticky residue. If you hands are in good shape I'd say no more than an hour for it all.

Stock, with a few cosmetic mods.
New to me truck got a leather conditioning treatment for the winter and I also applied skateboard tape to each door sill. It looked like the original owner got in and out of the truck with ice skates on! I also picked up a lightly used TT cat shield from a local guy for 150.00, with security hardware. Great deal there! Friend coming over Saturday to do install as shoulder operation has me out of commission.

II replaced the spring nuts that hold the two RCI plates together on the cross member. Original ones split. RCI sent me new ones. I bought new bolts. I took the engine skid off so I could get the bolts started easier. Also I grind the holes into slots on engine skid. Much easier to reassemble and then tighten all bolts. All is good now.
I also seen the guy doing the oil change at the dealership yesterday made a mess changing the oil filter. I had to wipe it down. IMG_5434.jpgIMG_5438.jpgIMG_5436.jpgIMG_5439.jpgIMG_5440.jpg

Finally got my full shell rack pieces together. I trimmed down these cross bars to 49.5” so that they are nice and tight against the cap & almost the same width as my RTT that I got. I scored some ridiculous deals on these rhino rack pieces so it didn’t end up costing much at all.

drilled a hole at each end because the end caps for these bars lock into place & need a little relief out of the material.

Can I ask, was that hitch light a direct plug & play fitment on the 2020 Tundra with a factory 7-pin trailer wiring connector and 2 inch receiver hitch? I contacted the company directly and they could not confirm that their universal harness for this product would be plug & play with the 2020 Tundra unfortunately. They mentioned I may need to order a 'universal wiring harness' and custom wire it to prevent any vehicle warnings going off.

    Thanks for your feedback.

Are the secondary AIP a problem for the 2.5 gen? Or just being proactive on it?
