I tried that first and under flat turns it was fine. But slight flexing in and out of parking lots it still touched a bit. I think the caster was set fairly far forward.

Fair point...I suppose I was thinking the photo was weird when I was showing off the paint shine...it isn't a bad place to live though!

I don't know why we're complaining about fuel costs here. This past month I had the pleasure of spending at spending 8.57 a gallon for fuel.

I'm rocking 275/70/18 Cooper ST MAXX with some ICON 2.5 VS IR fronts at ~1" above stock and rears are Falcon Sport Tow/Haul at OEM height...I will be adding a leaf to the rear in the next month or so...I'm not certain if the Falcons will work at that point but I hope they do as they're comfy and functional!

Crazy 10 years ago we had some of the lowest fuel prices in the country. Now it’s cheaper in Flagstaff. I need someone to explain how it’s cheaper to sell gas after driving it from the pipeline up a mountain.

Installed my Pedal Commander yesterday afternoon. Drove it a little yesterday evening, but really got some driving in this morning. First thoughts: I DIDN'T LIKE IT. I think it is cool, but I definitely need to find what setting fits my driving the best. I started on City +1 this morning driving to my kid's school and work, and man, Tundra was JUMPY off the line, and not in a good way. More "rough" than good. Granted, I am used to "pushing harder" on the gas pedal to get going, so I guess there is a bit of a settling in period.

So, my friend (who owned my ‘02 for a decade) has an ‘18 with the giant android tablet screen. I got my first ride in it on Tuesday, very nice. He would love to swap the screen for lower grade / standard radio setup. Can anyone possibly point me towards background reading on the topic? I assume it’s been discussed already but I didn’t seem to find anything searching within the 2.5 gen forum. TIA.

Lots of activity here on installing them
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/the-great-hu-install-of-2023.129229/

As for specific makes/models - if he’s looking for larger floating screen (but not Android), there’s the Kenwood and Alpine units discussed specifically. Pioneer also has one (8600 I think) that seems to tuck nicely under the dash projection but is bigger than a factory 7”
Otherwise going to a factory-size double DIN 7” there are a ton of options.

Thanks so much. Specifically he wants to go factory double din with big knobs, ideally via swap with someone who wants the big screen, assuming it's possible/reasonably straightforward (I'd do all the install work).

Funny, I’ve got lots of family members that insist pipelines are horrible. I ask them to carry water to their house in buckets instead of piping it in. They scratch their heads and can’t figure out the comparison.
Pipeline bad, oil in trucks and rail (using oil to transport oil no less) good.

Voltage Booster Pro Test for all you guys who run AGM batteries out there. I'm running a Northstar 27F X2 Power! Saw someone post about this Voltage Booster Pro and thought I'd give it a try. I have been running the GM fuse for about a year now and every now and again my voltage will drop down between 13.8-13.9, that's the lowest I've see it go. One thing I do like about this Voltage Booster Pro is that it is still fused with the 5 amp fuse unlike the GM fuse so something does go wrong that fuse will pop!

    GM Fuse cold start: 14.41v
Voltage Pro cold start low setting: 14.53v
Voltage Pro cold start high setting: 15.00v

probably a few guys in there that are looking to get rid of a stock non-JBL head unit (assuming his truck isn't JBL). If he goes to a 2020/2021 unit, with a little work and some adapter harnesses he would get CarPlay/Android Auto out of the mix.
