Got the tackform phone mount with magnetic phone holder. Not sure what mount is grabbing, not much of a lip to hold. First try fell right off. Second try with some upward pressure it held. The flaps on vent go up and down but I lost the swivel. The magnet mount that came with was weak, I had a mount I got at Costco with a super strong magnet, but the ball was part of the head and smaller so I cut it off, broke magnets of the tackform mount and Jbl welded it. Happy with results.

I’m like a woman, all my mods have been interior mods. Withe the exception of trd skid plate, front and rear sway bars. All else is stock.

That's how I'll keep my miles down. Reverse makes your odometer spin backwards right?

The 2023 rental I spoke about a few posts ago? The AC quit on it today at 2k miles.

The irony. I hope I didn't jinx you lol

Edit: Ohio is not near as hot as Texas right now. Hopefully they can get you into something else with AC

    Call it, Friendo.
Swapped plugs today for new OEM at 78,000 miles. Not a terrible job. There are one or two on each side that take some creative angling of your socket extensions.

Do you know your voltage when you first start the truck in the morning. (Cold start)
    And when engine is warm

Seems like an awful amount of work and hassle with the final result leaving a vent with only partial use.

This dash mount is rock solid, can accept many other phone mounts like Ram or what I use, KlockWerks, and allows for full use of the vent. Also comes in a model that attaches to the A pillar

Nope. Been carting around daughter and grandkids all week. I have an appointment with a local tire shop for an alignment today before I do a 600-mile road trip this weekend, so will ask them about it.

It's always been so odd to me that Toyota made all the letters connected as OEM, I understand why, but they are just so obviously connected. I would have liked a little more subtlety

Had my exhaust modified a bit. Had picked up some oddball mufflers not too long ago and threw them on. Most of the nasty drone seems to be gone, I can hear myself think now and don’t have to blast up my radio way up.
