Not allowed any tint on front side windows, and pretty sure below a certain height of the windshield here. Sure, people get away with it, but I’m not one to do anything that’ll get me a ticket…well then again, I was recently over my GCWR…

The next decision is Cardinal Katzkin covers or Lunar Grey or Ash. I'm so torn.

Their additives are supposed to be good for cleaning valves, fuel injectors, and such.

Any Top Tier gas, which is what is recommended in the manual, will have the same basic additive package. I know of no study that shows one brand better than another.

And using premium is a waste of your money and will contribute nothing toward any type of "engine cleanse", whatever the hell that is.

Only study I’ve ever seen mentioned Techron as the only proven additive that can remove carbon buildup in an engine. Techron is Chevrons gas blend. You can also just buy it in a bottle at Walmart.

There are no studies that show one brand of Top Tier gas is better that another.
There is no benefit to using premium gas in your engine.

    These are not opinions.

Ash is the lighter and warmer one. It's close to our headliner color. The Lunar Grey is a darker and cooler grey.

Lunar is my vote then. Ash would wash the cab out in my opinion.

Cannot for the life of me find a link to an actual scientific article, but lots of articles and independent sites that allude to PEA (the chemical in Techron that was developed by Chevron) being the one additive that is truly effective at removing, not just preventing carbon buildup on valves and pistons and sludge formation in crankcases. PEA is now available in other products besides the branded Techron. It is also present in Chevron, Caltrex and Texaco gasolines.

Moved the gmrs radio antenna from the bed to the hood. Made a simple bracket to attach to the ditch light bracket so the antenna sits behind the light. Reception from the antenna in the bed was not up to par.

i heard it/felt it when i backed out of the driveway, after removing the front flaps.

I’m surprised too. However, turns out the 6112’s are on the second clip. Hard to believe that 0.6” difference is the issue.

On a positive note, they look great! Shop is closed for the long weekend, so will have to wait until next week to sort it out. Question: will I need another alignment if the move the coils up one click? I’m assuming so, but hoping I won’t be on the hook for another alignment!

Yeah, they'll be nice tires for sure! Yes, you'll need an alignment if you adjust the spring seat. On the other hand, if it's been awhile, getting an alignment will help make sure your new tires wear more evenly.

The difference between the spring seat settings isn't equal to the change in ride height, but is multiplied by a factor as it sits inward on the LCA.
