Those air bags would've helped out today. That, RAS, or a leaf upgrade. Four tons of crushed stone and it's squatting.

The fact that I just levelled it adds to the look. Didn't realize 5100 fronts don't have a position for stock height, so I was forced to set it to the minimum of 7/8".

Oooff...I like to work my truck, not hurt it! Then again, that's a pretty heavy trailer and I was probably over my towing capacity.

If possible you should get it tinted first …I always prefer to do one while it is out
Eliminates the water issues you have to be aware of if doing install with glass in place
    My 2 cents

Thank you. Yeah, 42 coats was my attempt at sarcasm/humor. But I have learned that between clear and wet sanding, it's more important than the base color.

They are mounted up, and I am happy with the results.

I have a 4/2 level with AAL and truck squatted bad when taking the scout trailer to camp this past Sunday. Ordered the air bags on Sunday night and got them delivered today.

Install was about 2 hours, not including the trip to Lowes for some longer carriage bolts to accommodate for the AAL.

Son helped with install; feel bad I missed out on the picture opportunity with him :(

New suspension installed today and alignment done!

i am happy with the stance and how it drives on the road.

have not been off road yet, but have a small road trip tomorrow up to whistler, so that will give a good sample for highway driving.

Yes, tires are bald. I was waiting for level and alignment so I can go with bigger tires. New wheels next week. TRD pro rims with 275/70/18’s.

Received my @snivilous rcf to whipple throttle body adapter plate and it fits amazing. Just waiting on the throttle body, aem gauges, and few other items before I install next weekend. The inside of the adapter is chamfered for a smooth transition in sizes.

I've had it since '21 and it was easy mode. Hardest thing, I suppose, is drilling 4 holes into your cab but I'm used to putting holes in my truck :p

I had a bitch of a time removing the factory housing but nothing major. Also recommend adding RTV.

Yeah I got real good at taking off the OEM light housing...I must've put on 3 different ones before I plopped the money down and got the Evil.

I used RTV around the bolt holes on the initial install, and this time, I did the bolt holes and ran a bead along the top of the housing.
