They go back on with screws and some plastic epoxy. The upper upholstered section had to be all drilled out. Reattached with plastic epoxy.

Pretty sure most general alignment shops don’t know how to deal with the extra caster the Icons add. I had to spell out that I wanted 2-3° of caster (as I had my SPCs set to) and the last shop I used finally got it right. If they try to get to factory specs (0-1° of caster…) then yeah. It’ll be a bitch.

Is this the same reason my shop told me the rear TRD sway bar had to go, or is that just normal when putting an an AAL on? Dr Phil this one up for me real nice.

I was told I am unable to add the TRD sway to my rear with the Icon leafs. Still wonder if this is true.

Same, icon leafs. They pulled mine off and said it wouldn’t fit with that setup. Having said that, I notice almost no body roll with the icon setup, so maybe it’s a moot point

Not sure about that one. I don’t run sway bars so never ran into that issue. Though I should have some RXT leaf packs showing up tomorrow …

Leaving them at 1 for now. I’m not running any weight and don’t want more than 2” of lift so should be perfect.

I was told that aftermarket leafs may interfere with the RSB. I went ahead and bought one and it “clears” fine with my icon RXT leaf pack. I put it in quotes because after mobbing in the desert, there is a slight rub mark on the sway bar links from the leaf pack. Nothing to be of concern and if you don’t off-road a lot or jump the truck, I don’t see it being much of an issue.

I was hoping to run both sways with quick disconnects for when I take it out.

If you can find some way to run quick discos, please let me know. I’m being serious, I couldn’t find anything so I just remove the RSB if I’m doing a long off-road trip.

The clearance between the leaves and sway bar endlinks is definitely tight. In fact, one of the pack keepers just happens to line up with my passenger side link and the threaded side of the bolt was making contact with the link. I had to flip the bolt around so that the head was facing the link in order to keep contact from happening.

That’s the exact spot where mine is doing the “self clearancing.” I should probably flip that bolt too, thanks for the reminder.

That thing must be huge on 8” lift. Unreal. Any thought of doing a regear with the 37s? I was going to do a viper cut and go with 37s, but wasn’t positive I could get away with not paying for a regear. I know nothing about that stuff so I went safe with 35s
