Red pickups get the most tickets (most DUI arrests goes to Dodge Ram though - surprised, anyone?)

Looks great! Which rear bumper are you running? I like the clearance and trim job on the fenders.

    Too many, but not enough....
Ive always wondered about that. Are you using security bolts and locks and such to stop that from happening?

I have screwd security bolts on all my lights and brackets for that reason.

I never would have thought about most vehicle make / models to DUI's. Interesting

I can't imagine there's any kind of measurable correlation between DUI's and make/models though.

Lol right. I wasn't allowed to get a red car when I turned 16.

I never met an LEO that confirmed certain colors get pulled over more often due to their color.

Maybe that list from MotorBiscuit is actually a percentage of most cars made red?

My thinking behind this is, I know where I live and work is nice enough so the opportunity of this happening is not high, and when I go out for day-trip offroading, it's also not a problem.
I do worry about the stuff getting stolen when I am away from home for days, in that case, I probably would not be hanging them on the outside of the rack.

The cost and bad experience with front ADD bumper made me design and make my own high clearance rear bumper. The tow receiver is behind the flip plate.

We would always take my buddy's truck in high school cause he had a sliding rear window. Better access to the cooler. Not a model distinction, but def a option preference.

Now with the advent of crew cabs we can just keep our beer cooler in the back seat for easy access.

Why, back in my day, we had crew seating space in the "third row" for like, 10 of us kids, trick was not bouncing out of the bed when we hit bumps!

Oh I grew up like that. Would go hunting with my dad and his friend 2 hours away in a snow storm and myself and his nephew would ride in the back tucked up in sleeping bags.

I was talking about these electrified 3rd rows #Ram

I’d like to hear or be directed to info about the bad experience with ADD bumper. I’m bumper shopping and it’s on the list being considered.

The way it's currently design to mount, you will have a panel gap (the one underneath the headlights) of about 3mm or less. The OEM gap is about 15mm. You will need the gap, maybe more, since the cab and front is on bushings and flexes relative to the frame and bumper. It will rub when it flex, even pop your panels or lights if it flex hard enough. I slotted mine to have 15mm gap like OEM but still rubs. Another reason why chrome plated bumper, the panel just slide when it comes in contact with no damage done to both panel and bumper. I recommend at least 15mm gap, If you can slot it to have 18mm gap.

First time using a plow, wow is that better than the snowblower! (and yes i know this part of the drive isn't fully cleared, it's dirt/gravel and the Tundra has no problem climbing it)
