Gave mine a bath by hand at home. It was pretty flirty after running all over sw fl checking on homes for clients and helping people
Where we could. First time in 5 years I have washed a vehicle in my driveway. 6E4C5D54-268D-4A24-B7CA-1691531F2F10.jpg

TracRac bed rack, Retrax bedcover, Anytime forward facing camera, Rago dash mounting plate, changed all lights to LED with 1200lumen reverse light, added LED above tag reverse light, rear bumper step, Go Rhino step sides, CCM Cat Security Shield, tool mounts on bed rails, added tie down pad eye on bed rails.
I built it myself. I just welded 1/8 stainless plate together to make the metal box and milled and slotted the grey plastic. My friend printed the cover. The bottom has a area left open so that you can push wire through. 72B9FBBE-1CA4-487E-AA43-9AAA59F27D07.jpg

Four screws and two bolts and it all comes off. The connectors for everything are set so that I can unplug or unscrew a terminal and the whole thing lifts off easily.

That, and I don’t anticipate needing in there very often. In 12 years and 300k miles on my last Tundra, I never once had to get into that box.

Fair enough...I agree that rarely does it need to be opened, but when I saw the bolts, my first thought was hope he carries tools always...just in case...

20221004_161745.jpg I'm a Vols fan with a Blacked out 2020 Tundra. I have a simple Power T on my back window, a TN Vols license plate holder and a black with orange power T on my front plate. The red TRD wheel caps on my rims was driving me NUTS....so I painted them to match the orange touches on my truck. Added some orange valve stem covers too and now I'm happy! This is an fairly easy mod for anyone that doesn't like the red color on the wheel caps. Picked up some sanding sticks and model paint at my local Hobby Lobby. Used fine point Qtips that I also got at HL and finished with a clear coat after the paint cured.20221001_154918.jpg 20221001_223440.jpg

what did you paint it with?

And maybe consider painting the clamp and bolt. It will make it disappear from view when installed.

Went offroad with a rivian this weekend. It is surely a nice vehicle and surprisingly capable off road.

Thanks now I don’t want to take it out of the garage lol. Not plasti dip those are the eco bumper shell covers. They have held up very well through many automated car washes also. I’m very happy with them.

Got my tires re-balanced - had an annoying vibration at highway speeds.

Drove it on the highway to the next town and back. All good now :)

I installed the pedal commander yesterday and removed it today and will be returning it. I was skeptical of its value but a bunch of people swear by them so I thought I'd give it a shot. It's nice to make the pedal a little more sensitive but not $315 nice in my opinion.

I do like it, it did give the pedal a nicer feel on city +1 but after driving it a bit I came to the conclusion it doesn't hold $315 worth of value to me. I'd rather spend the money on something else.

I did, all I really took away from it is a more sensitive pedal that I have to baby so I don't go hauling ass every time I pull away from a stop light. I tried eco mode too and generally played around with it to get a decent test in before making a decision whether to keep it or not.

Didn’t do everything today more like over the weekend but quick wash and swapped front bumpers just have to wire the corner lights. Side note I don’t recommend this bumper, pain in the butt to install.

Yanked out the back seats and started install of the sound deadening. Made the mistake of going a little too high on the back wall of the cab and the material stuck to the glass so I had to reach up in there and cut it back, then use a pry tool to slide between the glass and the cab to press the deadening material down. Got the back wall done and the interior can wall done and started on the window plate but the lady wants to hang out so that’s all for today
