There some threads/posts on this. You can get maybe another gallon or 2 from what you had. But with how large the fuel tank is, it would be difficult to actually use upwards of 33 gallons without potentially doing damage. If it was life or death if you didn't keep driving, probably worth changing it then. But I plan to only be putting 31-32 gallons max in my tank if I can help it.

It is a vast improvement over the 26 gallon tank in my 2008 Tundra!!

Agreed, but I now think of it more as a 33 gallon tank for normal use and I feel much better lol

    Looks great!

What did you use to relocate the TSS? I have this grill hanging in the garage, but have really contemplated installing it.

I relocated it to the bottom of the assembly and used an epoxy puddyto hold it in place. Not sure how well it’s going to work but plan on driving it around today to find out!

So as it sits in the vehicle it's 30in from front to back and 35 1/2 in side to side. The front legs extend 6 1/2in down from the platform itself. 20220813_093520.jpg
The actual legs are 5 1/2 inches long since I used some 1x3 plus a 1/4 spacer for the front support and the front to back support. I also used more of the 1x3 to tie the legs together. The leg that sits closest to the center console is the same length as the rest as the 30 in width dosent actually overlap the floor 'bulge' (I expected it would) The 1x3 support that runs from front to back (measured from the door side toward the middle) sits 17 1/2 inches from the door side of the platform. 20220813_094316.jpg
This support also sits between the bins of the esp storage compartment and prevents the platform from sliding side to side and jacking up my door panel or my seat.
The carpet came from homedepot. I think it was a 36x48 mat that I found in with the welcome mats for about 13 bucks. Had enough left over to wrap the only visible leg and cut rectangles for the 2x4 legs mounted rubber side out so the legs wouldn't scratch my weathertechs and also grip the surface better.
    Hope that all makes sense!

Alex, I did that too, inspired by @2020Platinum and it’s been great. Had it on for going on two years now. No errors, unlike the AJT relocation bracket I initially used.

Added the Fox TRD PRO suspension. And threw in the Icon 1.5 AAL. Also added the 8” tall version of billiebar’s bed bars. 30D3955D-524F-4C68-B5A7-96D3ACAE1EA4.jpg

about $1200 in vinyl and some tools. i already has some of the tools and some tools i bought were purchased as an excuse to purchase those tool lol so expenses may be different for you based on what you have or dont have. Biggest expense was time and effort. I took a whole week (7days) off work to do this and worked about 8-12 hors a day, drinking beer and watching tv in the garage. I am sure if i had been "working" to get it done, could have been done in maybe 4 days. . the only help i had was to remove and reinstall the camper shell, other than that I did everything myself. By the 3rd day i was questioning my reason to do it but I was too far in to back out. I am glad i finished it. i like it a lot.

Next project will be a full PPF install in the Vette. i think i may take 2 weeks off work for that one lol eventually lol im still recovering from the tundra wrap lol

Custom fitted graphic door sill protectors for 3rd gen Tundra's I made today. A buddy of mine saw mine on my truck and loved it. He likes 20220813_153730.jpg to leave his 12 pack boxes behind so I gave it back to him in return. LMMFAO!

I have always been on the fence with these, they look so good but so many have said they had issues with them. How has everything worked for you on the head unit? It really does make the truck interior look so much better

Love it! I did mine back in Feb and it still looks perfect. Did you use the same rustoleum product that others have posted?
