My OCD wouldn't allow that to stay in my truck. I would just paint them next time. :)

Leather dash pieces, Part numbers: 550640C011C3 and 550610C031C2 I got when a few southern dealerships were having a sale. The poor Decatur Alabama store got a crazy amount of orders though and it took about 2.5 months.

I didn't go back into it since I "finished." I imagine the next time in will include some peeling...

Any reason you bought another air vent? The non-leather vent won't fit?

The air vent and the leather wrapped piece are sold as one part. At least that's all I could find. Another note, I can't say that the driver side is all that noticeable but it would bug me if I had not swapped it.

Looks separate. It's also more than the damn dash piece.

Final step to blacking out the dash. Still have to remove my AJT vent trim rings from the silver piece I removed and put them on the new black piece. And before any of you jokers out there give me any grief about the tag still on the glove box <smirk> Well my 4 year old granddaughter informed me that if I leave the tag on there my truck will always and forever be a brand new truck! LOL Sooo, the things we do for them right! Hell I don’t even notice it any more, but she damn sure does! LMAO

Yeah, the image on the website kept showing the vent by itself but I found a couple other toyota parts sites that the same part number's description said leather black/black. I took that as the part with black thread vs the trd pro colored stitching and rolled the dice. I can confirm those are the part numbers I ordered and with the sale I got them both after tax and shipped for about $180.

How did you come up with those part numbers? I’d love to get the diamond pattern trim pieces that come in the Platinums. That’d be a sweet upgrade.

Man I swear I have tried countless phone mounts and none of them are up to par with this setup. I love it, charges the phones too. Worth every penny.

Hunting through parts diagrams and comparing a few different toyota parts websites descriptions from different regions until I felt about 85% certain I had the right part numbers.

LMAO and I know you’re not kidding! I don’t have the patience to drill down into something like that. Kudos to you man!

P.S. if ya happen to maybe trip over the part #’s for those in the diamond pattern throughout your drilling adventures I’d be much obliged if you’d pass them my way.

Busy day today. I finally got some time to install some things I’ve had for at least over a year.

    1) Finally installed my Ark splash guards I got from a group buy here almost two years ago. https://www.tundras.com/threads/ark-splash-guards-group-buy-2007-tundra-guards.72694/

Install was simple. Drilling wasn’t an issue. I just made sure I went slow on the passenger side and I was holding the aluminum tube down. This took about 30 mins for both sides.

    2) Installed the Front/Rear anytime camera switch I bought a while ago from: https://www.anytimebackupcamera.com.../products/front-and-rear-camera-switch-toyota

This switch replaced the little toggle one that originally came as part of the FRAC. I used this thread for reference: https://www.tundras.com/threads/combining-frac2harness-with-anytimecamera-switch.59099/

    3) Finally installed my Pro Eagle in the bed. I bought a custom mounting plate from JDS Customs: https://www.jdscustoms.com/product/2020-toyota-tundra-pro-eagle-jack-mounting-kit/

This plate allowed me to bolt the ProEagle mount to it securely.

Everything fit perfectly. Glad I could finally check some things off the list and clear out some space in the garage.

    Nice work @PonyMan!

But something that just makes my OCD go off the charts. Why is the airbag warning still hanging on the glovebox? That literally is the first thing I pulled off at the dealer.

You trying to keep that "Just rolled off the lot" look?

Again nice mods. It looks real nice.

Desert does it having a weekend sale, 15% off.

Drove my friends 3rd gen 4runner from Oakland to Vegas yesterday. He had seat jackers and it was amazingly comfortable. Had to order a set.

Afe also having a weekend sale, with like 22‰ off.

I am awaiting the parts to arrive!

Yes… pop off control panel. Unplug switch. switches are held in with retaining clips, and the front ones also have 3 screws.
I did all four doors in under 30 mins.

Link is on previous page of this thread.
I got the (4) auto for driver door, and auto for the other three, blue color.

Hey! I just ordered the RC seat covers for my front seats (haven't been delivered yet). After returning three pairs of other cheap covers from Amazon, I decided to pay a bit more for the RC covers. I have the brown leather and want to protect them from my fishing/camping trips. Are they easy to install and do they stay in place for the most part?
