Well long story short I bought the fronts last week $1k. But a member actually got rid of their truck (not by choice rear ended and totaled) and never installed the rears just had to get them out of the garage for them.

Finally installed my sliders from Explore Overland. Came in bare steel and I Raptor lined them. Prep work was no fun. Sliders are solid and built well. Too bad Explore Overland went under. I was very lucky to get the sliders.

 

This looks great! I had been reading it wasn't as simple as swapping the switches and it would take some kind of programming change in the ECU? Does it work as intended with just swapping the switches? Let me know, definitely interested in changing this out (might also be different in my '17 vs your newer model?)

 

Full bolt on. You remove the factory fenders.

Well those are sweet.

 

Just swapped the switches. Seems to be good. It's only auto up and down for the driver but mostly it's just me in the truck anyway. It does appear to stay lit any time the ignition is on, not tied to the light switches but I didn't think to confirm that yet. I always drive with the lights set on "auto."

Nice! I really enjoy having the illumination. Haven’t had it but maybe two months but everything still works so far.

 

That's gonna be sweet! I'll have to keep an eye here for your stuff until then. I forgot to post here for the latest stuff on mine. After the maiden voyage of the RTT I'll have to update the build thread and post in here.

 

Try some Posi-locks or Scotch-loks. I usually old school; take those plastic crimping sleeves off, slip on some heat shrink, crimp, solder and heat shrink… lots of work and seeking a better mousetrap myself.

Small mod today but a nice touch. Installed my Bonobo products start button. I just need to blacken out the chrome ring around the button. Very happy with the quality!

Installed my 3 panel switch from @Rocfrog , fitment is awesome and I’m kinda digging the 3d printed finish. Bolts match up with the AJT kit pretty well! Even comes with a stencil to eliminate the guess work for cutting and drilling.

I want to relocate my katskins heated seat switches. Currently they are mounted in the two blanks on the lower panel but if I have a drink there, or anything else, the switches are hard to get to. Debating on moving them to either the blue circles or the yellow, I just can’t decide
