I love it. I haven’t re-geared (yet…) or done a SC and I can tell quite a difference. Shift points are incredibly smooth as well as throttle response, had to back it down a bit so my wife would still want to drive it:rofl:

$900 seems a bit steep. I paid $550 for mine.

900 sounds steep. Price should be between 450 to 700.

Finished off chrome delete, Both Meso and AJT make nice things, its good to have choices. Time to work on the silver.
Added the Borla TRD exhaust, it was difficult to find one that was the same side exit. Sounds good, not too loud, also installed a TRD air filter.

I'd have to see what specifically you are looking at - might be best to take to a PM.
I bought my mirrors wired as though I had the wiring in my truck already, and then did the wiring in the truck myself from the connector at the mirror to the mirror switch itself.

Man you have the best instructions with detailed diagrams etc. Thank you. My problem is that I ordered these mirrors with the stated option of "no power fold from the factory" so I'm curious about the difference in wiring.

You’ll have two more wires coming out of the mirrors that aren’t terminated into the factory connector. You’ll have to route those wires into the cab yourself and then they provide you with a non-factory-looking switch. But, really, you can still terminate those wires to a “factory” switch with the power fold button the same way I did.

Removed the T-rex grill and replaced it with the OEM Sport honeycomb grill like I had before. It will be for sale soon and someone else can mess with it.

Got an alignment after levelling. It's a long, boring story, and I might be making something out of nothing; but if you like giving advice on UCA's, here's a post for you.

The shop I had install the Falcon levelling kit (2.25") did the alignment poorly, so I took it to Toyota, and they got me in shape. The file attached is the spec sheet, and I'm pretty happy just now, so I'm not sure more suspension changes are even warranted at this point; but I asked the (extremely patient) Toyota mechanic what would ensure the best long-term health of the suspension, and he suggested UCA's. Has me squinting, but okay.

I am doing research here in the forum and elsewhere, but I'm finding a couple of problems with my choices. After research, ball joints, and hopefully Moog ball joints, will be the joint type. Camburg's might have been the choice, but they won't work with stock wheel backspacing (my backspacing is 6.97" on 20" +50mm wheels). Same for JBA's (plus, they glow red...). I'm sketchy on SPC's just now, and I haven't found info on backspacing compatibilty yet, so I'm on hold with that one. Zone and Icon might be my options.

I don't need additional research from anyone, but welcome all comers on opinions. Including the comment 'you're full of shit, Steven'. (because I am most of the time)

    thanks all, havagoodn.

Today I received and installed an Element E50 Fire extinguisher inside the truck. These have some great properties and differences over standard dry chem, CO2 or other charged extinguishers. Including; their small size, accessibility, no expiration date, 50 second discharge time, and no residue to name a few.
    https://elementfire.com/products/element-e50

I used a Quick Fist Mount that I ordered from Element to keep it securely mounted under the drivers seat.
    https://elementfire.com/products/quick-fist-heavy-duty-mount?_pos=1&_sid=205cde2c5&_ss=r

I mounted it to my Desert Does It Front Multi Mount Panel that is attached to my drivers side Seat Jackers.

20 F but I had to finally do the oil change, install my 133 Fumoto valve and change the plastic oil filter housing to aluminum one. Seems the old owner took the truck to hulk mechanics. Everything including skid plate bolts were over torqued. Took me a while to get everything off with wrench extensions for leverage. Discovered that the OEM filter housing had a few stripped threads, so change was needed.

I finally have some engine compartment lighting other than a flashlight now that I installed a KC Cyclone V2 LED Under Hood Lighting System kit.
    https://www.kchilites.com/cyclone-led-2-light-universal-under-hood-lighting-kit-kc-355.html

These Cyclone V2 LED's put out some great light and are the same ones that are used in their rock light kits. It comes complete with a wiring harness and toggle switch for mounting in the engine bay. I cut down the harness for a custom installation and used PET Expandable Braided Sleeving with heat shrink tubing ends instead of the included bulky plastic wire loom. I connected it to power via my Blue Seas Fuse Block with a 3 amp fuse, and mounted the toggle switch beside it on my Power Trays mount for a clean and neat install.

Mine was about $500 less than that. @memario1214 can hook you up with a price. You will need the harness and SDHQ brackets as well. The harness does not come with the bar.

The OEM? Yes the fitment is much better if you have OCD lol. I'll hopefully recoup some of the money from the T-Rex since I can't return it.
