I just bought a 2014 in December and it only had 64k! Only 65k now. I wanted to get a newer model but this one was on better shape and had lower miles than the 2017 model I was considering.

Smartcap EVO shell, Rail system, bed cover, ceramic tint including windshield, tinted headlights and tail lights, full time gps alarm system with dash camera front and rear, bull nose for front, debating rear bumper, waiting on long gun locker for under rear seat with seat rail mods to sit flush and not raise back seat, Pedal Commander ordered as well as fender flares and tinted film for front logo and led conversion lights for all interior lights
Today was the day, the only thing I didn't do because one smashed thumb and a ton of cursing later I am all done for the day.... Also, 10/10 would recommend that you do what they suggest and minimum 2 people for this job.... my stubborn ass did it all by myself and what an adventure this was ..... only things aside from wiring in the rear view mirror streaming camera is the Rvinyl tint on the front and rear lights and waiting on the bed rails as they kept giving me the long instead of the short bed ones ... the cap is SUPER TIGHT fit FYI IMG_0740.jpg IMG_0741.jpg IMG_0742.jpg IMG_0743.jpg

Installed a Bestop Bed Step. Makes it easier getting up to the ski/roof box. Makes me look old, but it’s functional!

Just picked up a new to me 2020 Platinum Tundra 4x4 in Silver Sky Metallic. Found some 18inch TRD wheels on Craigslist for $150 to replace the 20’s with and ordered the FRAC and Valhalla cat shields. ABB4FB5F-1AFC-4883-B4E5-5E3B5389A1B0.jpg 801093B1-78B4-43A8-890A-88337F113A8B.jpg

    Too many, but not enough....
Pretty sure keith will hook you up with whatever you want but he will make sure you know that you will lose alot of low end grunt with a dual setup.

How hard was the install? It looks involved from the instructions I've pulled up.

I fell in love with the cap and then saw the price lol. I can't even bring myself to spend 2k on a front bumper.

It’s a PITA if you remove the bumper bracket like the instructions say. I started that way, and eventually abandoned ship. The best way is to cut the bumper bracket rather than remove it all together like the instructions say. Way easier this way too. Several how to threads around here on what/where to cut.

best mod for the $ yet. got the LEDs from sparks and the harness from ihacker. i live down a dark windy road and these things make a HUGE difference. they also put LED bulbs in my fog lights and these may be too bright. besides blinding people is there a down side to this? i have been planning on getting new fog lights anyway but are they ok for now?

Just run the fogs until you get flashed a few times. Then you can treat your fogs like brights.

Phoenix Android Radios. They have a new version out where you can select silver, matte black, or glossy black for the trim, and it has a much more powerful processor that runs Android 10. I am seriously considering upgrading.

    • What do you do for data on all 3 devices, a SIM card in each?

    On the head unit:
    • Did you lose any functionality over the stock head unit?
    • Multiple camera inputs, or would I still need a FRAC harness?

Finished up the bumper. Absolutely ecstatic with how it came out. Just took a quick pic, nicer ones are coming.

Still have to make some fog light brackets for my SS3’s, install the S8 30” bar, and get a winch.

Tablet on right linked to a WiFi OBD2 for Torque Pro. Tablet on left I pair with my iPhone for data for Waze. WAY increased functionality over stock HU, input levels can be adjusted so it really opens up the JBL system over stock. Plus there are sub outs for my JBL 1,000 watt amp and JBL 10" subs. Multiple video inputs so you can have both front and rear camera access without FRAC.

Trying to figure out, is Phoenix just a cool name or are they based in PHX ? Going to be driving through there in the spring and if they have a showroom get a first hand look at their stuff before pulling the trigger.
