Greater range of motion than the built-in adjustment allows.

That said…I didn’t like them and sent them back. I run my front seat edge lowered so I guess I should’ve predicted this outcome.

You can always add a knock off TRD shifter to offset your -10 HP loss. The OEM TRD shifter is +15 if you find it worth the extra $$.

I run my seat all the way back and all the way down in the rear of the butt and up all the way on the thigh (front) of the seat.

here is a direct comparison of the seat in the same position but With the added seat jackers. Take a look at the plastic trim on the driver seat and you can see the difference. They rock the seat back giving you a more cradled seating position. Significant improvement in comfort

Never thought about doing that with the S8. I like the idea. Mine will be full amber to start. Might have to switch some to clear if I feel it needs it.

Can’t wait to see pictures of your rig when you finish!

    Alot of them
The S8 install in the bulge is a pain in the rear. I had to experiment with mine quite a bit. I installed mine as far back as I could and reused the screen from the scoop. I did not like the huge gap that was between the bulge and the bar. The corner clips will be interesting as well.

@HamHands I used 1/4" steel from HD that I cut, drilled and bent. Then Rhino lined them. Used the T bolts to attach to the bed rail system of the trucks. I used quickfists to attach the tools to the metal brackets i built. Took about an hour total time to build and the fit nicely on the side and do not extend pass the wheel well so full bed useable.

Removed them, sanded the chrome, then sprayed the liner. The plastic parts have releases/tabs and come off easily.

Dang, how do these get broken unless they did it when trying to loosen/adjust for alignment? Never thought about it until your post, but I'm taking a picture of mine before my next alignment!

I never let the wife drive my trucks. I think her Prius has a giant magnet on the rear as she's been hit 3 times in 5 years!...but it is a Prius and the gas pedal feels like a sponge is connected to the throttle.

Sorry for your troubles and hope a good body shop will make her like new again.

Sure. My truck has power driver seat so it does have some height adjustment, etc. Problem is that is does not actually tilt back enough so there is not enough support under your legs. Raise and lower the seat and you can easily feel the seat kinds of tilts forward and as you adjust it you can feel the support of the seat leaving your legs. These little spacers raise the front of the seat about an inch and it really makes a huge difference in comfort. You are not perched on the seat, instead you sit back into it will full support of your legs. Amazing difference for 80 bucks.

I mean this a tough one. They have to manipulate the bolts to align so if they break is it really the shops fault? I asked the question if it was already broken and they said when the tech went to adjust the cam bolt it was just spinning and they immediately brought me the broken part. Even if I could prove it happened when they adjusted the bolt - they have to for the alignment so it likely would have broken no matter who touched it. I certainly didn’t want to pay for it but not sure there is any way to avoid it in this case.

Sure. Makes sense. When replacing my lower control arm bushings on my '98 Taco I had to cut one of mine out as it was frozen from years of rusting. No way it could have been moved for alignment, which made me very suspicious about my last alignment at my dealership. However, the final numbers did meet spec., so maybe that side didn't need adjusting. A couple hundred dollars does seem a bit steep to replace though. Best.

well mine definitely needed adjusting lol. They showed me the numbers before they did anything after the UCA install. Just installing the JBA’s went from .20 total toe to like 1.85, from 2.4 caster to 3.9, and .2 camber to -.7. I expected the caster and camber to be different but the toe being out that far surprised me.

but the numbers I asked for were .4/.5 toe, 3.5 caster, and -.1 camber.
