I just put it on, so still going thru it. Haven’t even tried sport or sport+ yet lol. If you want one do it lol. So far it does feel better than using t/h mode unless your towing. Just feels like it’s quicker gear shifting than t/h mode, but I’ll need more days with it to give my opinion. But sure puts a smile on your face lol.

Right on, I've read about those as well. Sort of leaning more toward PC though.

Interesting.. I am curious to try one out so maybe I'll grab one. They do seem kind of pricey for what they actually do but if you are saying they are better than just pushing tow/haul, my interest is a bit more piqued.. Lol

It operates completely different than tow/haul. I've had mine for a couple of years.

Been a member for awhile. Used to have an ‘18 Limited CM, but sold it which I regretted. So I’ve been away for awhile. Then recently I bought this. First order of business was new wheels and tires. Happy to say I’m very excited. Never done something like this before.

Fuel Shok D666 18x9 +20 offset w/ Toytec 3/2 (TU3) - stock everything else. Discoverers AT3 295/70r18 that I got for $700. They had less than 5k miles on them.

Yes it rubs, but only the tiny front mudflaps and a bit of the backside of the wheel well liner (which I’ll adjust accordingly). Frankly guys I’m at a loss for words with how well this turned out. Next up is the grill and chrome delete.

These trucks are awesome because it doesn’t take much to turn them into something great. Nice new rig.

Did you see one of their Instagram stories a few weeks back that looked like plug and play puddle lights?

Well let me say I appreciate it. The map and dome lights are one of my favorite "cheap" mods I've done.

    That would be nice.

this issue with the tundra is the side mirror assembly itself. The Tacoma’s have a removable panel ~ where the puddle light kit can be installed. The tundra doesn’t have that removable panel. So the diy kit people are doing is probably your best option for $60 and some wiring. The vled puddle kit that is. Cheaper if your source different LED’s for the similar result.

the Tacoma is plug and play but just as much involved to install. Remove mirrors, run wiring through the door, through the boot and up the A pillar for power. Also a little more install if you add the switch for it. That kit runs $190 w/ switch.

the tundra puddle light install is in the lighting thread and probably what I will be doing.

The new 22+ needs puddle light as well ... weird how Toyota overlook that.

My dad has a 2018 Ram 2500 Tradesman. It's the bare bones model. Rubber floors, vinyl seats, etc. Doesn't even have a remote key fob, he has to unlock the truck with the key. Yet the tow mirrors have LED puddle lamps. It's bizarre what some manufacturers deem standard and others just kinda overlook.

My Husky Xact liners arrived. Threw them in this morning and they fit like a glove, couldn't be happier:

    DAMNIT !!

I've been contemplating replacing my Weathertech's with Husky's, and I didn't know the badge replacements were available. It's gonna itch really bad.

Got the weathertech xp liners. they provide the side coverage on a CM rear hump. trimmed to accept the ESP tray. I'm a little disappointed they aren't laying or fitting super well, but will give it some time, or a heatgun...

    PXL_20220129_175828822.jpg

I like the fronts, and that they have good overlap towards the door sill. The Husky have a nicer design that cover more carpet towards the seat and the legs/feet of the seat bracket.
    PXL_20220126_034820402.jpg

Got the trailer out for the first time this year and the Tundra did so well. We were only 45min away from the spot, so one way I used the WDH w/ bars, and the way home w/out the bars. I think if I'm driving further than an hour, I'll use the bars for the sway (wind, tractor trailers etc).

If you haven’t already, grab some of the eagle claws to keep that passenger side in place. It doesn’t slide around a crazy amount, but for me it was enough to be annoying.
