    Hey Winter,

FWIW, I just swapped my stock spare for a 295/70/18 on a +18 Method wheel. Fit just (barely) fine. About 1/2" from the shackle.

    Cheers.

Shouldn’t have added the color matched mirrors and door handles. Now every time I look at the truck I want to color match the rest of it. Great!

Just got my BBS pro wheels on the way. Was going to just use stock michelins but they throw a lot of rocks forward and chip my color matched bumpers.

I'll post pics. Anyone have a tire recommendation that's more agressive not too heavy that it affects performance and is slightly bigger that I don't need to cut anything? I'm on 6112@1.9 in the front thank you

I don't have any personal experience with them, but one of the few options of tires that are available in larger than stock size but aren't E rated (and heavy) are the General Grabber ATX 275/70 R18 SL rated tires.

Hey dalton could you tell me what the ddr pro means? Are these your initials? If it is definitely a way to differentiate your truck from others. I'd be out of luck on the idea due to my initials being inadvertently bmw. Bmw pro on a tundra just doesn't work. I like the vintage look with the mgm definitely unique. What lift and size wheel and tire is this?

Thank you for that. Just when I start looking at tires they're not the same between manufacturer with different 32nds of tread depth and so on. I want something that doesn't chip my front end like these michelins that looks more like it should've from the factory. Falkens nitto maybe the Baja boss rt that is brand new. I've read the bfg throws rocks a lot and the falkens have the snow rating but I've never used those. It's my first tundra after being primarily gm and I've out grown the 35 37's for now for my daily

Is that size great as in no rubbing no chopping but bigger than stock? How do you like the Falkens? Looking for a tire to put on my pro wheels that is beefier doesn't take up power with weight and looks like it should've rolled off the lot originally. I worry 295's would be too much without more modification I'm only running 6112 at 1.9"

I like the Toyo AT3's I have now. I'm not even switching to winter tires now, it's not a daily driver but a few hundred km's a month on -30 roads and a foot or so of snow and they've worked better than I expected. Lots of size choices to find what you like.

Had two weeks of almost 60 degree temps. Yesterday, when it was 62 degrees and I was installing the rear sway, the weatherman said 7-11 inches of snow today and no one believed him; ha, we should have listened, we got 14 inches. Power has been out since 11am and it doesn’t appear it will be back on anytime soon.

First snow the TRD has experienced…

I put Nitto Ridge Grappler on about 5k miles ago. Love them so far. I was worried about how they would handle in the rain, but this summer we had plenty of heavy rain (Florida) and was impressed. Work great in sand too.

Yesterday I finally had a chance to get a few things done on the Tundra. You will have to excuse the dog hair.
ESP storage bins, LED interior lights, USB charger swap for the rear seats, remote start installed. Still have a few things left in my pile of parts to go on but it was nice to get some items checked off the list.

I would have gone with the Fortin from the member here on the site but I had some Amazon returns/credit and a gift card that pretty much made the start-x kit free.

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07P1NDL1W?ie=UTF8

Install was easier than I thought it would be following the video on their site. Took me maybe 45 minutes. I did NOT install the button to disable the remote start if the hood is open as garage space didn't really allow me to at this time. Hopefully the first warm spring day I can tackle that.
