The fumoto is awesome. Just get some tubing to go eith it and make sure you get the one with a nipple so you can put the tube on it. Mine is amazing. Between that and the motiv kit, i did an oil change and only used one paper towel lol.

That guy will work. I got the similar one which has the nipple shorter but the end is the same. Wont really matter but i figure shorter is better just in case i get into that 1 in a trillion situation offroad where one pointy rock clips the valve.

Nice. I've got the fumoto valve w/nipple and tubing (valve yet to be installed). Still need to order the motiv kit as well.

Get one of those oil drain pan containers too, the one that you lay flat and drain on to and it goes right into the container.

I need one of those too. I drained my wifes oil last weekend into the pan type and then attempted to pour it into my oil jug. Needless to say oil spilled over the jug and into the gravel. Wife told me the other day we have a sprinkler leak because the rocks looked wet in that area...I said nope, it's just your oil that I spilled.
    :anonymous:

I guess I could just drain with the tube directly into the jug after I install the fumoto.

Yeah but with the pan, it will help when you change out the oil filter since it has a large drain area when laid flat. Plus you get a sturdy container that you can do 2 oil changes with then take it to autozone and have them easily dump it. I think they will only take your used oil if its in a proper oil container.

SCS rims say they are hubcentric to toyota tundra 5x150 bolt pattern. I got a pair coming and unfortunately had ordered some KMC Mesa rims that have a listed bore of 110.10 mm(i'm going to return these) .That is very close to being the same as Tundra's bore size of 110mm. Since i'll have both, i'll measure them to see if some thing as small as 0.10 mm makes a difference.

Nice. I recently did the exact same mod. Well worth the $ IMO and happy it fit my 2016 model. Also helps to have this along with the power lock on my cap.

Do you have the part number that you ordered? I thought there was a post a while back than an older version had some issues IIRC?

was it the actuator or the bracket mount failing?
