Crazy how big of a difference going from 33s to 35s is.

Yeah I emailed them and asked you have to tap into another wire for power. Just gonna do the fuse box option and have them on with my headlights.

Over the weekend I tried to colour match my new Tow Mirror caps and have utterly failed.

Purchased Boost Auto Tow Mirrors with blank mirror caps in order to colour match on my 2021 Midnight Black Tundra.
Watching all the videos before embarking down this path made it look easy.
All I could find was the Altitude Black paint, which I read was similar or 'close enough'.
In hindsight, getting anything close to matching the pearl and metallic blue/purple flecks in Midnight Black is near impossible as a DIY.

I've managed to strip them back down, but at this point I'm considering buying the black trim style caps.
The other option is risking more $$ at a paint shop, but I'm not confident they will be a 'perfect' match but have yet to approach and professionals at this point.

    Thoughts and input everyone?

Paint shop should be able to match easily if you give them the paint code.

I never considered the AT/KO2 suitable for mud. In fact, none of the different all-terrains I’ve tried have done well in mud here in Texas. But BFGs mud terrains served me well in mud when I had them on a fullsize Bronco. The MTs obviously weren’t that great on the street compared to all-terrains or regular street tires, but that’s not what they’re mainly designed for, though.

Anyway, I do agree that as the AT/KO’s tread gets some miles on them, they don’t do as well on wet pavement. Not sure why that is, but all in all I still find them to be tough and durable. I’ve never had a blowout on any of them.

I've been using them in TX and like them due to driving on senderos with mesquite thorns, everyone else seems to get flats and these KO's keep on going, I think because of the extra ply's. Not sure about other tire brands when somehting works I don't want to change.

Installed the factory bed rail system. Had to chase the mounting holes because of the spray in bedliner, but overall an easy 30 minutes. If the heat dies down the rear swaybar will be on the agenda for this evening.

Check the build link in my signature.
Take them to a shop. Shouldn't be more than a couple hundred $ for them to do it, and they'll be able to get the right paint to match correctly.

They have to source that out. I'd be interested to see who actually makes it. If it's Mobil like oem toyota then you've got an awesome deal.

So awesome! I will have to copy your idea with drilling those holes. Seems way easier to connect than the routing I did downward beneath the lense seam on mine.

No sir, sorry. The process you used to paint your wheels? Plasti dip etc. I’m gearing up to paint some chrome/black trim pieces cement color matched. Since I’ll be spraying some crazy 2k auto clear coat from the sound of it, I might attempt wheels also.
