You have to wonder what he is going to mount on the beautiful Rago plate. Perhaps filters to shield him from the glare from the big U piece.

Don’t have a Frac system. Looked more complicated than I wanted to mess with. Also, I think the tennis ball is more precise. I have mine hung so that the back of my rear bumper just barely clears the door.

    Sometimes simple low-tech is better.

Okay. But no tennis balls hanging in the Costco parking lot! And what will be mounted on that plate (I think I want one).

60 portion of the back seat removed, and IceCo VR60 Duel zone refrigerator in. Still needs to be secured and wired. Tomorrow. 90A26AB2-8B9E-41B2-B37C-A1595A8B5946.jpgF1B743AE-8E71-4775-91A4-0BA9A9EBCCC5.jpg

Gonna play with some different setups but for starters, thinking phone holder, CB, and GMRS radio.

This isn’t mine but here’s an example.

My tennis ball hangs at the very front of the truck, as soon as I touch it I stop. This is more of a guide for me to know where I can put stuff in my garage without blocking my parking spot. As is hung by the poster, I guarantee I'd end up running over something my wife or son left in my parking space.

Mine does the same thing. You park the truck where you want to park every time, then hang the ball at just the right height to barely contact the windshield. So when I’m pulling it, I go till it gets close then full stop when the ball contacts the windshield. Like parking on the deck of a carrier baby!!

ETA: I don’t have room to put ANYTHING on the floor in front of my truck.

Most of that is out of your field of view when driving but its all accessible at a quick glance. I guess you could maneuver the arms to block your view but that isn't the point.

Finally rotated tires today. I went too long, 10k miles, but the wear was pretty okay on the Cooper Discoverer ATS 4s. The 3 ton Harbor freight jack along with the 4 ton jack stands kept everything safe. I will probably swap over to winter tires in November as the Coopers were just okay in the snow last winter. And now that I'll be running up the canyons in the winter, I need as much traction as possible.

2.5 inch lift, TRD front and rear sway bars, 33 inch Open Country AT3 305/55R20 and dual TRD exhaust.
That makes sense since there is no other engine option.

I’m jealous of everyone that can park in their garage. My garage is 2’ too short.

Tried to reduce banging noise from Garage doors. Lubricated all joints and moving parts and became somewhat quieter than before:thumbsup::D

I used a silicon spray on my spring, chain and all hinges or moving parts. It was amazing. It went from a loud squeaky, noisy garage door to super quiet now!

2019 - Davinci Spartan - My wife has me on a "one in/one out" program as far as 'toys' are concerned. Worked well with the '13 Taco to '21 Tundra, but for the bike I sold my SV650 motorbike, and still had to add cash to get on to this.
Why is it that the fun toys seemingly cost more and more these days

Wish I had this much room. I use the tennis ball as well along with a wheel block. The ball is aligned to my top left corner of my wind shield, that gets me in the right position alongside the wife’s Highlander and the wheel block stops me from hitting the wall. I only have 1 1/2” of space to the front and the rear bumper to the garage door.

Dang tiny garages. I had to build ramps to get the back end of the truck over the water heater platform. Even then, I only have 2 inches to spare, but it has to go in the garage. I don't know if it's the altitude or the dry air, but New Mexico sun is brutal. I've never seen so many relatively new vehicles with peeling paint on the hood and roof as here.

Florida sun is brutal too. I need to do a ceramic wax soon. Another reason to go with a light colored truck.
