I know! It was a quick DIY attempt & it worked, I wasn’t sure it would. I’m going to peel the left hand side up & lay clear tape over the “PRND” & mark off the dimseions needed in sharpie. I’ll then transfer that over to the vinyl & make solid cuts & re install that side. Other than that the extra that I left underneath can only help the AJT pieces sit “tighter.” At least that’s what I’m telling myself because I’m by far an expert in this, nor do I care for free.99

If you don’t have an Auxbeam, TriggerController, sPod, or Switchpro, then yes, you’ll need a switch for the light bar.

I’m not too sure if you’ll be able to tap into the OE fog light switch, but I would probably just recommend to wire it to a specific switch if you don’t have a gang controller - given that you have an empty slot for your light bar switch.

I need to do this pretty soon. At my previous address my truck wouldn't fit in the garage, so I didn't really need it that bad. Moving back into my house in San Diego and the truck is about 1" shorter than the garage. It'll fit but that front camera will make it much easier to park.

Can you explain the two switches? One is for switching the front camera on/off, and gets over-ridden by the back camera when in reverse, but not sure what the other switch is for.

Does it have a piece that stays connected all the time, like the oil drain valve? Or does it just replace the cheap plastic drains that come with the filters? In other words, do I need to buy multiples for my multiple Toyotas?

You will only need one for all your vehicles. You remove and replace the oil filter drain plug after draining the filter just like you would with a plastic drain tube that comes with the filter.

Yeah, one switches from front to back and the other is simply an on and off switch.

Same here, it's been sitting in my garage for months until another member said he would come help and we did both of ours in just a few hours. The FRAC kit made it extremely easy to integrate. I could not have figured it out with out that.

Here you go Adam. That's the furthest I can take, I live in a court so it's a tight driveway. Also the chrome 5.7 emblem is the next to go.

The brass part with the hose is used only when draining the filter housing. You remove the factory plug with a 3/8" drive ratchet, then thread in that brass fitting into the bottom of the open hole (there is a spring loaded ball in there that keeps it sealed until the little extension above the threads on that tool pushes it up). Make sure the tube is in your drain jug before you start and you are good to go.

I had one similar I bought years ago and it is awesome - so much better than jamming that plastic thing in there with a soda bottle on the bottom of it.

The grey/red part is a filter wrench for the actual housing.

I already have a filter wrench I like a lot, but the drain fitting and tube are now on order! Now if I can just get my house built so I can use the lift I'm going to put in my barn! I'll be able to change the oil in my Sunday best and not worry about the mess!

My FIL had a two-post in his shop. I used that for a LOT of stuff on my 2008. When he passed away, my MIL sold it to my daughter's BF's dad...so now I'm waiting for him to get his shop finished so he can get it installed. At the rate it's going, I think it'll be right about the time my 25k ToyotaCare oil changes are all done, so that will be perfect.

Well, I'm nowhere near taking a salvage truck and pulling the body off, doing full fiberglass fenders, long travel suspension, supercharger, etc...
This thing is my daily driver and I don't have a YouTube channel to support me either though...
