What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Got home and this was waiting for me yesterday.

 

Nice looking truck @Cootdawg. What brand of bull bar are you running. I have to keep my front licence plate on and I don't want to cover it and get pulled over unnecessarily.

Aries ,its the only Bull Bar i could find that let you keep your tow hooks intact.

 

3 inch bar , Autoanything approx. $190 after discount today comes with stainless center plate which is removable . I removed mine didn't like the look. Part # is B35-2004

That's funny. So far I am enjoying mine. Fit perfectly and don't move around.

 

Installed yesterday. Buddy of mine ordered a 7 inch BDS lift, bumpers, wheels/tires, Volant intake, etc for his '07. When everything got shipped to his house, they shipped and extra Volant intake and he give it to me.

 

@Cootdawg, Did you get the gloss pearl black or satin black Aries Bull Bar?

 

How do you like this? You think it helps any?

 

@Virgils12 Right now, I'm going to run a couple tanks of fuel through and see if there's really any difference. Before, I was averaging 290 to 300 miles a tank. I'll update if there's the slightest change.

 

Just sprayed her down at the car wash, got all the salt off her. Can't wait for spring!

 

Added some lights behind the grille

 

Wheeled around the past couple of weeks. Snow is from getting to our duck hunting hole. The other pic is from exploring on our farmland today.

 

Pretty sure they are emergency lights. Saw a couple pics he posted with yellow lights on top.

 

They are strobes...they do have a solid function too

 

Yep that's the word I was looking for. Knew it wasn't emergency (red or blue depending on where you live) but couldn't think of what else to call them at the moment.

Got the Quick fists installed. Anytime fog light mod and started designing a back rack.

 

Got 275/70/18 BFG KO2s installed today. Looks much better than the stock tires. I have a set of 1.25" BORA spacers I'll probably install soon. So far no rubbing with my 2" level.

 

Looks good. What red did you use for the tow hooks and insert?

 

Installed 13 inch antennaX and had one of my chome mirror caps ripped off in the carwash. So now trying to decide to take the other one off or put the chrome back one...

 

My .02 is to get rid of the chrome.

That is what I was thinking just keeping the door handles chrome. That way there is just accents of chome with the rims. Once it warms up here in ND possible plastidip the bumper endcaps black also and grill surround

 

Got some OEM tow mirrors. Going to wait for spring for install though.

 

Took me about an hour to do both. Easy enough to do. Just watch that the little white clips don't fall down inside the door when you pull off the door liner.
