Modified some Pro wheel caps with spray primer and then 4 coats of spray trim paint followed by the TVD vinyl. Wanted to get rid of the gloss since I am hoping to eventually powder coat the stock off road wheels matte black.

Pretty happy with how they turned out, will put them on the truck this weekend. This is similar to what I had on my Tacoma.

Oh man, I was just looking for how to do this mod. all windows down? If so, make sure you share the details and how difficult/easy install is! This, re-routing the rear window switch and a FRAC harness are on my to-do list.

Chrome delete in progress! Replaced the grille and bulge. Wanted to reuse my TRDOR grill insert but those dang clips are impossible. So bought the 300 dollar plastic garnish and PRO grill it is! Just ordered the bumper caps to complete the process

No need for any apologies. I've been through that thread a few times in the process of deciding what to do. My hope/plans is that this should be pretty simple, especially since the power fold part is functioning now.

Boost tow mirrors. Manual fold, smoked strip, switchback, and low output floods. One side down, one to go. Painted caps are curing and will go on tonight or tomorrow. Wiring is run into the cab for the floods but not terminated as I need to research where to connect to have them come on with the interior lights.

Hard part is running the power line through the door grommet, then through the firewall. Rest is easy as 123, ABC.. Worth it but a PIA

Bilsteins are at 1.9 and 2 shims on driver's and 1 on passenger side, so about 3" I suppose

I drove from Florida to Brooklyn, NYC. Pick up Uhaul trailer and a daughter then continued driving/towing from NYC to Denver. When getting to Denver, Tundra hit 100K miles..... I still need to drive back to Florida from Denver.

    A bunch
Mine are connected to the cargo light circuit, like that it can be controlled by a standard switch. I did it under the rear driver door sill for 2 reasons; 1) I had already tapped the cargo light wire there so knew which one it was and 2) was easy to run the passenger mirror wire under the floor carpet back there, tap the 2 mirror light wires together than 1 tap into the cargo light wire.

Was gonna say cargo light is probably the easiest to hit. The Boost Auto mirrors only have a positive feed wire for those side lights because everything else in the mirror goes to a common ground.

As a result, you can’t hit the footwell lamp like you would for puddle lights because that requires you to hit both positive and deficated negative to get the function correct.

Installed the front runner bars on the Diamondback. Was a little nerve wracking drilling holes on the cover, but I probably overdid the silicone to seal it up. Tried to mount my j hook kayak holders but the bolts are too short, so I’ve got to run out tomorrow.

Looks like the screw pulled through the rubber because the screw is next to the hole. Yet it is not worn down. That may only be a little screw that did not penetrate.

Thanks guys. So if I hit the cargo light I assume I end up with two operating options? 1. They can be manually turned on with the cargo light switch. 2. They turn on with the interior lights via key fob trigger.
