Congrats, man. If I could get a lateral debt move into a Winterchill Pearl (aka Baby Batter White) Tundra, and move my wheels, skids, and sliders over, I'd be all about it. You said you're eyeing a Raptor now, right?

Yup. Raptor for me. I don’t like the LC300 front end, and I bet the tundra won’t be too far off.

About a 5% chance I do, but I’d never get a non trd pro again… so maybe in 2023 when it comes out lol. But I will be getting a 21 Raptor in the next few months.

Well, be sure to bring us pics of the Raptor and share your adventures. You'll not be the first, and likely not the last to change to a different truck and still hang around.

So…. Is there any way so that I can see the album artwork of the song that is on vs just the generic station? It does show it when in park, but not drive. Lame.

Got 99% of my solar system 3.0 build done today. Just waiting on 2 1ft 1/0 cables so I can connect the 2 batteries together in parallel. Other than that new batteries are installed (2x 100ah Renogy Lithiums), new Victron MPPT controller installed, moved a bunch of stuff around on the main mounting panel above the batteries and added the Renogy BMS display and a 5amp AC-DC charger for the lithium bank (my old Genius charger didn't support lithium so had to replace it. Overall happy with how it came out and it's relatively clean. Next I need to find a smaller inverter and get that installed and maybe a Victron Cerbo GX so I can have pretty charts and graphs.

Having enough power while camping is no longer a concern

Old system & 90AH AGM battery removed and the new Renogy 100ah lithiums installed:
    image0.jpg

Main mounting board after moving stuff around. Added a main battery disconnect as well. Batteries are held in place by the 2x4 that is mounted to the drawer system on the right. The drawer system is anchored directly to the truck bed with 12 M8 bolts using rivnuts. The main power board keeps the batteries from moving up/down and that is attached via the t-slot bed rails. These aren't moving anywhere.
    image3.jpg

Secondary panel (rear by tailgate) after adding the Renogy BMS display and the 2nd NOCO charger for the main battery bank. Smaller (top) NOCO charger is for the trucks main AGM battery:

Haha, sorry. Took me a min and was like why are only a couple songs coming up. Then noticed only when it was in park. That sucks. Gotta be a work around. Well, besides changing out the head unit.

Well I have an update to what I did today...I traded it off! Coworker told me what many are saying here is was offered big money for his truck, but decided to keep it given he had just lifted it with new tires/rims.

So for grins, I swing by Carmax. They offered me $4k more than I paid for it in December. Only 3,000 miles. Good price and gave me something to think about. But then I stupidly drove through the Toyota dealer just 3 blocks away. What is this? A red TRD Sport? Color is nice but would prefer a white or silver down here in South Texas. I don't stop but head home. Look at their website. There it is. I call my insurance company. Same premium as my TSS. Ducks are lining up. Text my salesman..his day off but he will meet me. So I test drive the red one. Kinda wishing for white or silver, but let's see the numbers. Walking into the store up pulls a white TRD Sport...guy says they are unloading a truck with 5 new Tundras. But what is this...fender flares? OMG no, just no. Like putting a tattoo on the Mona Lisa. They tell me they can remove them but no credit for the $700 charge. Ugh. So I am thinking. Salesman goes out to my TSS to bring it for an appraisal. My phone rings...there is another white one on the truck...no flares. SCORE! Let's talk numbers. Again I sit like a petulant child as they come in about $5k over what I could do selling to carmax and buying without a trade. I explain to him exactly where I need to be in order for me not to take it to Carmax. And once i have a check in hand..well, easy to shop online without a trade. So now comes the sales manager dance. Final number is $193 higher than if I sold to CarMax, but I get to keep my tonneau cover, bed mat and all weather mats. Deal. Truck was not prepped for delivery so I will be driving that bad boy home tomorrow night. Now all I need to do is schedule an appointment for some protective film on the front.

I absolutely love my TSS. Looks so BadA$$. But the TRD Sport is just a delight to drive by comparison. Smooth and quiet. I had been seriously considering getting different tires on the TSS and adding a sway bar...no need now. I will miss the three big HVAC knobs...but I will adapt.

Will update my profile with a new picture this weekend.

Something tells me my experience wouldn’t go that way. They just simply wouldn’t have anything on the lot that could convince me to walk away from my LR Pro. But thats cool for you!

My wireless charger and grill overlay arrived. The packaging on the grill overlay was a joke and there are some scuffs on it which is upsetting... good news, truck should be here any day now!!

Last weekend I removed the TRD Offroad bed stickers.
I've now debadged the entire truck and it looks very clean. No stickers no chrome lettering, etc!

Your preaching to the choir! I just “have” to get my truck leveled. Researching on here gives fantastic information but my budget is now blown and I am in uncomfortable discussions with the family CFO.

Just installed my Eibach front coilovers. Need to go take a ride and get measurements. I'll get a pic after getting a wash.

Edit: Also lubed the front brake pad pins and rear/side of the pads. My dumbass forgot when I installed the brakes a month or so ago. Been having a squeal at about 10-15 mph.
