Got it fixed, but I don't understand why. It happened when I tuned it. Loving the power, but wish there was more info on it. Like tutorial on how to setup in the menus.

Real nice Mark. I've see some with the control head mounted in the sunglass holder and forward of the shift lever. Looking to find a good place for mine also but am more concerned about where to drill the hole for the NMO mount. Also have some ideas for enhancing the sPod to work with it.

The Suburban I drove for work before I retired had two iPads, a Toughbook, six radios and the other usual control boxes just in the front. I feel naked driving with only a phone clip so I need to do some heavy mods. We can discuss mounting options at the meet up.

I tried it because guys with black Vettes said there was nothing remotely good for black like this stuff. It's a safe bet it would be kick ass for your black Tundra...

I can honestly say it did wonders with my Jetstream Blue....and the black Vettes I've seen that use it was almost like looking through them...

Washed and did my thing yesterday. First pic is in sunny conditions (pre wax) - second pic was this evening after a day of driving and doing the wax yesterday - and with no direct sun. This stuff isn't cheap, but a sun pic vs a shade pic and you can prob see the difference easily. Black is waaaay more dramatic than white. The depth is amazing...it almost glows.

I know people say they like it but is it really noticeable? Datsun 510's and Sciroccos yeah, but...convince me.

Anybody know if there is a video or write up for installing bilstein 5100's on the front of a 2014 tundra? Will be a first for me!

I had an 04 stepside TRD sport that had a rear sway bar that I traded for this one. Other than step bars, I never modified anything on the truck. Getting ready to step up to the 17, I was reading reviews of stuff everywhere. Especially on this forum. I ordered the sway bar once I knew the truck I was getting. Honestly, had I waited until after I bought the truck I would have likely passed on buying the sway bar and spent the money else where. The body roll at my highway speeds was just not too bothersome, but it was there. (I have put less than 1000 miles on the truck so still getting my comfort level for the size). I drove about 20 miles last night after install. I hit 5 on-ramps/off-ramps that have some decent curvature. The same ones I drive several times a week. I definitely had less body roll and even hit the corners harder than normal trying to test it. Having felt the difference, I would absolutely recommend it for highway driving. Could I live without it? Sure but at $240 shipped it is a much cheaper mod than many and easy enough to install by yourself. And, it was not a matter of replacing something that I already had, like headlights, shocks, etc. My budget is tight and I have a hard time justifying to myself replacing things on a brand new truck.

This is happening today. I saw a post on how to make the factory leveling motor work in these but can't seem to find it again. Anyone remember where that was?

Definitely , almost sounds like I have a sub now , plus it's so clear. JL XD vs2 4 channel in a couple weeks is next .:D

    Were they priced decently?

I was looking at the focal stuff years ago for the taco.
Far too pricey for me at the time.
I went with the JL 4channel and C3's all around. That is until i filled the doors with mud.

If I were to do it all again on the tundra, Id definitely go the route youre taking.
    Nice setup!

Well , they weren't cheap, but I got them for less than I could find them online and from a authorized dealer, so I'm happy.
    Thanks.

So just changing the speakers and nothing else made that big if a difference.
