I hear you... I missed out big on the 4th of July sale... Timing was off for me financially by a day... I ended biting the bullet and purchased my exterior amber running mini light-bars anyway. Could have saved 67-ish bucks... but I couldn’t pass on the boss’ purchase pre-approval. :facepalm:I have time now to finish the install before my summer is over...

    Best!

Thanks. I plan on sanding and painting them black to cover up my crooked cuts and poor craftsmanship. They may be ugly up close, but those things aren't going anywhere!

    Jim,
I can't seem to find the link for those, sorry. I bought so many things for this 2020 Pro before it even got here. I'll keep searching for it and let ya know if I find it again.

Added Rago mollie panels to the backside of the front seats. One is emergency stuff ( first aid kit, glass breaker, tourniquet type stuff) and other one is also emergency stuff, ( 8x 5.56 Pmags, 4x Sig P320 mags, Battle hatchet type stuff). Also ordered a two channel dash cam for the truck. Gotta detail it tomorrow since following week taking daughter and grand baby to visit my parents in Wis.

Played around with some harbor freight cases and my @Caliraisedled molle panels earlier. Gonna add another larger case and move things around again. Gotta love the modularity!

Fuel tank skid doesn't require dropping the tank, so that can go on any time if you opt to wait on the sliders. You'll have to take it off to put the sliders on, even if you leave the last bolt out like I did.

The video I saw about the lights installed near the door handles was from you tube. Here is that link, the handle lights come up around 10:23 into the video. https://youtu.be/l2Y6Bbj1hm4
The cup holder was found on Amazon prime.

Go with the 5VZ swap and never look back. I have a 5vz in my 94 SR5, night and day difference, and if you want to you can supercharge it. It will bolt in completely, I would recommend purchasing a swap harness if your doing the install yourself, saves a ton of time and makes the electronics plug and play mostly. There is a resistor that you need to solder on to the 3VZ tach and thats about it. Also recommend purchasing a battery tray for the driver side, as the airbox and battery are swapped on the two.

This is very good info to have! If I may, I would love to have you as a resource as I proceed with the swap. I think I am convinced this is the route to go as well. In the meantime, the rig is headed off for body work and 6v7 (Army Green) paint so I still have time for collecting info and swap parts.

    Thank you Chelly!

Installed a pair of @RelentlessFabrication bed rail mounts. And tested ohv safety flag ... very happy with the quality of it all. The parts from Relentless are top notch. Seeing that they are doing this level of quality on such a simple part makes me want to buy from them in the future.

Oh yeah, also finished out the de-chrome with OEM black badges. A bit more work than overlays or plasti-dip but totally worth the effort to me.

Moved my traction control switch from under the center of the dash... up to where it should have been... next to tow/haul button. Not sure why they put it under the dash in the 2020's. Stupid location.
Also filled in the last spot with a USB charging port.

At 5300 miles, finally got around to rotating the tires. I forgot how heavy pickup tires are... My 3 ton Harbor Freight floor jack will need to be upgraded as it barely was able to lift the wheels off the ground. Moving on to the oil change for next week.
