It fixed itself for the most part just from the alignment. Still rubs a little at full lock but I'll address that when it's not 20 degrees out haha

Is there a way to make that work with the headlight leveling feature? Or did you forfeit that?

Worked on the rear suspension. Put the factory leaf back in that I had removed. Was sitting 1-1/4" lower than stock, now back to stock height, but left the homemade air bag mounts. Think the truck will look better in the rear at factory height with the new 37" G2's I put on.

There's a mod you can do. I didn't go that route because I never tow anything heavy enough where I need to level my headlights.

Yep. Real sturdy too. I wanted a slightly more aggressive look then what I had and got exactly that.

After going head on with a UDOT plow in my lane and getting run off the road by a semi in a snow storm over the last two weeks I decided to try out a dash cam. Hard wired in a garmin 35.

Well, I went in reverse for the first time since my alignment was done. Rubbing is still pretty bad at full lock. Any suggestions fellas? You can see where the tire is hitting in the front. In the rear near the cab mount you can see a clean spot from the tire rub.

    Didn't think I'd need a CMC with 295/70s

Heat gun will fix the front. I was rubbing in the same spot on one side. Little heat and massage was a quick fix. The back is going to be a little more challenging.

Trim the front bumper a tad and re-tap the fender lining. That's what I did (along with trimming the factory skid plate, at the time)

Thanks Fellas! Another project to add to the spring list. It's glaringly obvious now that I need some warm weather to get my color matched rear corners on, badges plastidipped and tails tinted now that she's clean.

Looking damn good Joe! Looks like you're going to need a CMC though. I'm not hitting my cab mount but I think I'm going to break out my welder and just do it anyways. I need a little more space to try to get my mudflaps back on.

@joem1cha3l I was rubbing in the same spot. I did what Sean did. Trimmed the liner and moved it forward. Looks like you are going to have to do the CMC though.

Yeah, seems that way. Its a bit frustrating because I would have went with 305's had I known I was going to have to do the CMC. Meh, whatever. Thanks for the help fellas

Your truck looks sick tho!!!! just get the CMC over with so you can run a full 35" tire now! lol.... I know easier said than done.
What are the specs on your wheels? Maybe that has something to do with the rubbing? Also those tires look pretty meaty.

Took the time to hand wash it and identify any imperfections.
Cleaned and detailed the engine bay, not quite where my Vette is but not too shabby.
Armorall'd all the rubber around the doors and hood. Good rubber keeps the crap out.
Spent a few minutes admiring my new wheels and KOs from the group buy...

Not much to post as it's just the standard engine bay, albeit much cleaner now. Had the new wheels (bought from SCS) and tires (BFG KO2's) put on yesterday - very pleased with them...Next will be to start working on removing the chrome and probably de-badging. Just went and took the engine bay pics in the garage.Truck washed.jpg wheel.jpg EB1.jpg EB2.jpg
