I took a leisurely drive to the meat packer to pick up our spring cow. The hanging weight was 1065 lbs. The end result was just over 700 lbs net out the door. It does not even look like it from how the packages sit in the bed.

 

And installed today...

 

Gotta say, first time I've ever seen this on a Tundra. What would be the purpose of this, apart from significantly reducing your off-road capability? Do you tow while in reverse?

Today I put a nushield screen protector on the factory radio. I can’t believe that I didn’t do this earlier. I can see the radio now in any light and my polarized glasses no longer wash out the display.

Thank you for the comments! This is an annual thing for us and typically feeds our family of 8 easily through March.

However, the three teenagers eat thrice their portions because all of us are home more now. The oldest teenage son (2020 State Wrestling Champ) eats his tonight’s, tomorrow’s, & Sunday’s dinners tonight and still feels famished!

It appears highly unlikely that this haul lasts us that long.

There are quite a bit of different uses for this. In my case, I used it to transport my bikes while towing a trailer on my move up north.

 

A couple weeks ago, she got some new shoes and today she got a much needed bath. Now let’s see how many minutes until Arizona decides to get her dusty.

I’ve posted many, but here ya go. I have both front and back, which I bought at the same time along with the front light bar and back lights, after an EFFING Prius hit me from behind going 40mph while I was at a dead stop at a stoplight and caused a 4 car pile up. 15k in damage to my 6 month old Platinum. God damned Prius drivers.

I still need to get a winch but I did have my fairlead custom painted. And I have plans to powder coat the ‘stealth fighter’ panels where the side/end lights go. (And I have yet to buy lights for those so I’ll need to get those too). Everything is kinda on hold right now those because I am one of those that have been shut down/unable to work for the last almost 4 weeks now due to the ‘Rona.
